Hello, internet people! This is my first post in this community, so I'm very excited. Today I would like to tell you about one of my favorite stories and it's about Alice in Wonderland. Just yesterday I finished reading the book and I was delighted.
¡Hola, gente de Internet! Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, así que estoy muy entusiasmada. Hoy quisiera hablarles de una de mis historias preferidas y se trata de Alicia en el país de las maravillas. Justo ayer terminé de leer el libro y quedé encantada.

I think that the two adaptations of Alice that I have seen (the animated and the Live Action) the second one is the most successful. However, the animated one is a good adaptation, more suitable for children. The first thing that caught my attention was Lewis Carroll's nonsensical and abstract but excellent way of narrating. As a mathematician by profession, we see that he often includes mathematical operations in Alice's dialogues, and the composition of the book points to an illogical logic (as someone at the time described the work).
Creo que las dos adaptaciones de Alicia que he visto (la animada y la de Live Action) la segunda es la más acertada. Sin embargo la animada es una buena adaptación, más indicada para niños. Lo primero que llamó mi atención fue la forma tan disparatada y abstracta pero excelsa de narrar que tiene Lewis Carroll. Como matemático de profesión, vemos que suele incluir operaciones matemáticas en los diálogos de Alicia, y la composición del libro apunta a una lógica ilógica (como alguien en su momento describió la obra)

The book is also a critique of Victorian society (like The Picture of Dorian Gray but from another point of view) in this book, the criticism is directed at the unnecessary amount of information that children were forced to learn in schools or from tutors, irrelevant information for their young age, and how the lack of such knowledge was a sign of lack of intelligence.
También el libro es una crítica a la sociedad victoriana (como El retrato de Dorian Gray pero desde otro punto de vista) en este libro, la critica es dirigida a la innecesaria cantidad de información que los niños eran obligados a aprender en las escuelas o de los tutores, información irrelevante para su corta edad, y de como la falta de dichos conocimientos eran signo de falta de inteligencia.

One of the things I found most curious about the book has to do with the illustration above: Alice's growths were quite uneven at the beginning, so in that illustration Alice's neck stretched, and to reach her hands she had to lower her head, giving her the appearance of a snake, so I understood why the bird in the animated film shouted "Snake" when it saw the giant Alice, before I didn't understand it, because there Alice doesn't look long, rather she looks like a huge but proportional girl.
Una de las cosas que me pareció más curiosa del libro tiene que ver con la ilustración de arriba: Los crecimientos de Alicia eran bastante disparejos al principio, así que en esa ilustración el cuello de Alicia se estiró, y para alcanzar sus manos debió bajar la cabeza zizageando, dándole apariencia de serpiente, entonces entendí porqué el ave de la película animada gritó "Serpieeente" cuando vio a Alicia gigante, antes yo no lo entendía, ya que allí Alicia no se ve larga, más bien luce como una niña enorme pero proporcional.

There were parts of the book that I found a bit tedious (like the fake turtle story) and it honestly doesn't go anywhere or contribute anything to the plot, so it becomes tiresome, besides being confusing and not explaining the reader's point of curiosity: why it's a fake turtle.
Hubo partes del libro que me parecieron un poco tediosas (como la historia de la tortuga falsa) y es que sinceramente no va a ningún lado ni aporta nada a la trama, por lo que se hace fastidioso, además de ser confusa y no explicar el punto de curiosidad del lector: el porque es una tortuga falsa.
Strangely enough, what made me laugh the most when reading were the cries of the queen ordering her guards to cut off everyone's head for the most absurd reasons, the thing is that such decapitations did not happen and that is why the queen kept her court, since she would have been left alone quickly if her requests were heeded.
Extrañamente lo que me daba más risa al leer eran los gritos de la reina mandando a sus guardias a cortarle la cabeza a todo el mundo por las razones más absurdas, el asunto es que dichas decapitaciones no sucedían, y por eso la reina conservaba a su corte ya que se hubiese quedado sola rápidamente si sus pedidos eran atendidos.

To conclude, I think it's a great book, quite entertaining and full of paradoxes, riddles and absurdly illogical situations, but it retains its charm precisely because of that. I don't think it is exactly a book for children as I think there are some parts that are quite confusing for them. The form of the narrative is tremendously good and brings out quite a few smiles due to the nonsense dialogues of all the characters outside Alice (although she sometimes has quite strange lines) but it is precisely the representation of dreams, which are usually, for the most part, quite strange.
Para concluir, me parece un libro genial, bastante entretenido y lleno de paradojas, acertijos y situaciones absurdamente ilógicas, pero que conserva su encanto precisamente por eso. No creo que exactamente sea un libro para niños ya que hay partes bastante confusas para ellos. La forma de la narrativa es tremendamente buena y saca bastantes sonrisas debido a los diálogos sin sentidos de todos los personajes ajenos a Alicia (aunque ella a veces tiene lineas bastante raras) sin embargo es que precisamente es la representación de los sueños, los cuales suelen ser en su mayoría bastante extraños.

Muy Chevere tu análisis...es una buena historia, personalmente mi versión favorita es la original animada de Disney...pero si hablamos de versiones escritas deberías leer también la cenicienta. Éxitos 🙌

Alice in Wonderland is a classic, and it's one of those books I've not been able to read at the moment. Anytime I do see a review, I enjoy it's narrationd and details
I've watched the live action, it's good and stars famous artists... I've never read the book, I hope one day I'll read it
