What is Hive Book Club?

Hive Book Club is a community made by book lovers, for book lovers. A place where the chaotic minds of writers may punch away words from their keyboards as they share their writing adventures. Where the passionate book collectors may rummage through their stacks of books to share and review their latest additions. Outside of our regular curation process, we may create contests for our community to participate in, and earn even more from their posts. If you have a certain theme for a future contest you would like to see, let us know! Be sure to check with us frequently in our various social media platforms to avoid missing out!

How Do We Choose The Highlighted Posts?

For those of you curious as to how you may have been chosen, or would like to be chosen in the future in one of these compilations: we scan through the community and read the many posts that the community members write. We then select five posts of which we believe meet certain criteria and are worthy of sharing with the rest of the community. We aim to keep these selections diverse in style, from writing skills or subject matter.

Hence, throughout the week, the moderators will check the community and manually handpick the posts. Some factors include the post subject, post quality, engagement, personal voice, and general effort. If we choose you, or you happen to stumble across these highlights, please do check out the other posts we feature, contribute to their curation and engagement!

Thank you very much for this beautiful surprise, I really enjoyed writing the publication and taking photos of my books, but I must confess that I did not expect to win. I'm very happy. What a great happiness! It was an incredible contest, which I enjoyed to the fullest. On the other hand, I was very happy that there was a lot of participation 📚

I feel very fortunate to be mentioned as an honorable mention, thank you for the opportunity you have given me to be part of this great family full of love for books. Greetings to the whole team!

Hope you enjoy the extra delegation! See you in our next contest!

Oooh 🤩 I can't believe it. I am so happy and proud to have had the opportunity to get to know a wonderful community like Hive Book Club, I can't wait to continue participating and gaining knowledge from other Hivers. Thank you all. You all are a blessing 🙏✨

See you in our next contest!

Congratulations everyone!

Heloo, thank you for the highlight 🙏🏻🙏🏻

If you don't mind, I want to ask you🙏🏻🙏🏻. As you can see in my recent book posts, I was warning with "contains spoiler/may contain spoiler". But, my previous posts, I didn't give any warnings about spoilers even though there are/were. I know there is another hive writer who leaked about contents of the books she discussed (spoilers), but her posts still curated by you. Does the rule in this picture that says "please give a closure" not mean "must give a closure"?? because I didn't give closures to my posts and I was never muted by you, but instead i got curations from you... is it okay not to give closure to our post that has spoiler/s... please enlighten me, because i feel guilty 🙏🏻🙏🏻 i am sorry🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you very much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 greetings

Hey @faisalhanafih we know that sometimes you do that. We are requesting that you remember to give that. As long as you haven't received a warning from our community moderators, you should be fine. Plagiarism is however the highest offense that anyone can do in our community. We also usually mute anyone that doesn't post book related topics. We are currently revamping our community and making adjustment here and there. Thanks!

oh, this makes me relieved, thank u so much for the answer 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
