Good day to the Hive book club family and bibliophiles, this would be the second time I'm making a post to this amazing community of book lovers and it's all thanks to the Book Club community for the ongoing contest which we were asked the question below.
Who is your favorite Hive Author and Why?
It's been five days now since I heard of the contest but I've been so reluctant to make an entry because I was not too sure how creative I can be as an author choosing her favorite Hive Author. I had to dedicate more of my time to reading from other authors and it was really fun, I got to know more of how I can go about it. Before any further ado, why don't we just go straight to knowing my favorite author shall we?
WHO IS MY FAVORITE HIVE AUTHOR?
It's been barely seven months since I joined Hive and in that seven months, I've met some really beautiful writers that made me always go search for their blogs to see if they made a post that I missed, lol. All of them were really inspiring writers and that's why I love them but there was this particular Author, I can't seem to not fall in love with his content whenever I go through it. It started about three months ago, by then I was so surprised by the things he was doing and the people he was willing to sacrifice his time to help, I was like WOW, every time I read from him.
He has been on this platform for over four years now and in these four years, he had struggled at the beginning of his career as a writer because he was skeptical about the whole online blogging stuff, he was not a believer of making money online according to him but after much persuasion evidence from his friend, he decided to give it a try and today he's one of the people that has made hive a beautiful place to be for me and many others.
WHY @STARSTRINGS01?
There are many other amazing writers, why @starstrings01? Well there are so many reasons I chose him over other writers and you just have to keep reading to find them out.
GOAL DRIVEN AND PURPOSEFUL
Like I've said before, I've been here for just 7 months and I only got to know him four to five months back but I started following his contents three months ago and I've come to see how purposeful he is towards achieving his goals. If you look at the things I said above you will see that he is indeed a goal driven person. The first blog I read from him was a post where he taught newbies how to set goals NEWBIES TUTORIAL: SETTING GOALS FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS ON HIVE and at that point I started falling in love with his content because I went back to read a post he made about two years ago where he talked about his hive journey. But Read that first post from him I already knew he was goal driven. I think I might have read another post before that one but I don't remember so I chose this one.
HE IS SUPPORTIVE
When I started following up more of his blogs, I then realized that he created the newbies initiative just so he could support them and help them grow unlike himself. He was not so privileged to find help and he knew how hard it was for him so he dedicated more of his time to on boarding more persons to hive and he did not stop there, he also helped and supported them in anyway he could. In fact this was the reason why I started loving his type of person and not his work this time.
I've seen people who have gone through hardship that ended up inflicting the same pains on others but @starstrings01 did something that was worthy of praise and emulation, I want to commend him for that. Aside the fact that he helped newbies in general, I've been a beneficiary also in so many ways. When I joined hive newly, I was advised to always engage with other users even as I make quality contents, I did as I was told and it was just a matter of few minutes before my RC runs out like 0% because I was only working more on a few delegation given to me by beloved sister @merit.ahama. I beckoned to @starstrings01 and he came to my aid, I went again because I was having fun with the engagement so my resource credit keeps running out and he also helped out, Thank you.
TALENTED GUITARIST
The first time I heard him playing his guitar I was marveled, I was like, how can only one person be so good at so many things and even more that I'm yet to know. He played a song by Adele titled Hello, in this video, you can see how he played so emotionally, I felt every part of the song as he played with his electric guitar, it was obvious he was feeling the song himself and that just made me love the song more, the truth is, I had to go listen to the song the next day too 😁. I really hope to learn how to play a guitar from him, not as a professional yet, just teach me how to play with it 😪.
GOOD CONTENTS
I kept this for the last because it's one thing that made me know so much about him. He has created so many writeups in the past months and they all have a way of getting to me. He's a really good practical writer, his content are always something you could relate with easily and that is what is barely obtainable from other authors. He explains things in the simplest way so you will understand, and in turn you can have something meaningful to contribute to it, his contents are so engaging, once you start reading you will surely have one or two things to say and learn also.
Recently he wrote a blog titled FAILURE IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF BEING SUCCESSFUL!!!. In this blog, he made me understood the importance failure plays in achieving success and I'd urge you to go and read it, especially if you are a person that thinks once you fail at something that means you are a failure but that's not true, you only become an actual failure when you give up on trying. One thing about his contents that always amaze me is the fact that I always feel like he reads through my mind to create his content but that's not true, it's not even possible because we've never met before. The truth is he is a good writer that's why his blogs are always relatable.
There are many other reasons why he's my favorite Author and I'm not feeling bad in any way for choosing him over others because he earned it big time. He's so inspiring, understanding and considerate. He is also consistent in his content and I'm really happy for that because I always want to read from him and also hear him play his guitar but it's been a while now but I hope he plays it soon and share it with us 🙈.
Final words
@starstrings01 is a good writer and mentor, I can keep going with my words to describe how an amazing person he his in different ways even the ones I don't know because I've seen what he likes writing about that only tells me he's a good person, although he can be strict at times but that is how it should be sometimes.

Always keep being the you that you are, no matter what, you are good person with an heart of gold, your type are not common so always be true to yourself. You are role model to many and to me most especially. It's a really great privilege to write about you like this and it's all thanks to the Hive book club family, if not it might have been hard to say so much about you but I'm glad I got this opportunity to do so.
Please, these words I've said here are just based on how I see you and what I think, so if there's anything I said wrong or too much please pardon me, my heart was the one typing, so it was just being truthful 🙈. But I feel like I only said a few because I don't want people to be jealous of you, I just want them to learn from you, maybe next time I won't spare them, I will just have to go all out, hehehe.
In conclusion
This has been my answer to the question, WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE HIVE AUTHOR AND WHY? and I hope you learnt one or two things from him just as I did and please don't hesitate to follow him and visit his blogs, you won't regret it one bit, trust me.

@starstrings01 is an amazing writer but not just a great writer but also a great leader who is ready and willing to help newbies and show them the path of growth. I have read and engaged on some of his works and it is exactly what you say about them. Although it's been a while now I visited his blog since I haven't been consisted but now that you reminded me, I shall do well to take a stroll down there because there is always something new to learn. Great choice.

I wish I had a teacher when I was a newbie I still feel like a newbie actually I ask for help from a group before but they said I was from steemit so they ban me lol 🤣 I used steemit like 4 years ago and I was not that into it.
After covid that I got serious with hive but people consider me as a veteran which I don't feel like I am lol still learning on a daily basis
