Hello friends, welcome to my blog, today I will talk about a book that I read as a child that I loved and that awakened my passion for traveling and learning about other cultures, gastronomies and landscapes, this book is "Around the world in 80 days", of Jules Verne, one of the greatest writers of the 19th century, who was passionate about travel and predicted before the appearance of many of the inventions that were generated with technological advances such as: helicopters, submarines and others.
Hola amigos bien bienvenidos a mi blog, hoy les hablare de un libro que leí de niña que me encantó y que despertó mi pasión por viajar y conocer otras culturas, gastronomías y paisajes, este libro es “La vuelta al mundo en 80 días”, de Julio Verne, uno de los más grandes escritores del siglo 19, quién fue un apasionado a los viajes y predijo antes que aparecieran muchos de los inventos que se generaron con los avances tecnológicos como: helicópteros, submarinos y otros.
Around the World in 80 Days, is a book that deals with an aristocratic English Mister Phileas Fogg, in the 19th century, who is an extremely calculating, methodical and imperturbable person, who belongs to the upper class of London, who is famous for his ingrained customs and repeated routines. One afternoon, playing Whist with his friends at the club, Phileas proposes an almost impossible bet for his friends to refuse, that it was possible to go around the world in 80 days and he would be the first to do it to prove it he was willing to bet 20,000 pounds . His friends accepted immediately thinking that he would not make it and that it was impossible to do. That same night, Phileas Fogg, against all odds, packed up to start the adventure, a part of him would travel in a balloon which in his theory would give him a greater route, advantage and time. He would be accompanied on his journey by a newly hired French servant named Passepartout.
La vuelta al mundo en 80 días, es un libro que trata de un aristocrático ingles Mister Phileas Fogg, en el XIX, quien es una persona sumamente calculadora, metódica e imperturbable, que pertenece a la clase alta de Londres, que es famoso por sus costumbres arraigadas y rutinas repetidas. Una tarde, jugando al Whist con sus amigos en el club, Phileas propone una apuesta casi imposible de rechazar para sus amigos, que era posible darle la vuelta mundo en 80 días y él sería el primero en hacerlo para probarlo estaba dispuesto a apostar 20.000 libras. Sus amigos aceptaron de inmediato pensando que no lo lograría y que era imposible de hacer. This story full of adventures for me was to discover and fall in love with reading each paragraph where countries such as India, Egypt, Hong Kong, Holland and others are described. In each country during their journey by train, steamship and balloon, the situations they face and obstacles that arise are credible, as well as the solutions that Phileas proposes to solve them. During his adventure, situations arise that put the conclusion of the trip at risk and friendship and loyalty with his servant Passepartout are consolidated.
Esta historia llena de aventuras para mi fue el descubrir y enamorarme a leer cada párrafo donde se describen países como la India, Egipto, Hong Kong, Holanda y otros. En cada país durante su recorrido tanto en tren, buque de vapor y globo las situaciones que afrontan y obstáculos que se le presentan son creíbles, así como las soluciones que Phileas propone para resolverlas. Durante su aventura se presentan situaciones que ponen en riesgo concluir el viaje y la amistad y lealtad con su criado Passepartout se consolidan.
As in any work the ingredient of love cannot be missing, Phileas finds it in Calcutta when saving a lady in distress like Aouida, who will join them for the rest of the trip. There is also the ingredient of intrigue and espionage in the character of Fix, an inspector who will pursue Phileas throughout his journey to arrest him for the theft of the ship where they traveled and of which Fogg was a suspect. Throughout his trip he will be full of adventures that will keep you on edge and wanting to continue reading. For me this is one of the reasons I love this book.
Como en toda obra no puede faltar el ingrediente del amor, Phileas lo encuentra en Calcuta al salvar a una dama en apuros como Aouida, que se les unirá por el resto del viaje. También esta el ingrediente de la intriga y el espionaje en el personaje de Fix un inspector que perseguirá a Phileas durante todo su recorrido para arrestarlo por el robo del barco donde ellos viajaron y de los cual era sospechoso Fogg. En todo su viaje estará plagado de aventuras que te mantendrán al vilo y con ganas de seguir leyendo. Para mí esta es una de las razones que adoro este libro.
If you have the opportunity to read it, you will not regret reading, if not the best work, one of the best works of all time, this book is full of adventures that are credible and that can happen on a long journey. A book that will make you dream of traveling and seeing places. One of the things that influenced me in this book is the desire to venture and see new places, this has made me have my own adventures and travel to some countries. Hopefully one day I can travel the world.
Si tienes oportunidad léelo, no te arrepentirás de leer, si no la mejor obra, una de las mejores obras de todos los tiempos, este libro esta lleno de aventuras que son creíbles y que pueden pasar en un viaje largo. Un libro que te hará soñar en viajar y conocer lugares. Una de las cosas que influyó en mi este libro son las ganas de aventurarte y conocer lugares nuevos, esto ha hecho que tuviera mis propias aventuras y viajara a algunos países. Ojalá pueda algún día recorrer el mundo.

Hola. Julio Verne es uno de mis autores favoritos. En mi primer año en steem escribí reseñas de varios de sus libros. Sin embargo, no traté "La vuelta al mundo en ochenta días".

Hola. El editor de Verne, Hetzel, dirigió el mercado de sus obras a un público infantil. Sin embargo, la intención del autor no fue esa. Muchas de sus obras están llenas de simbolismo que requieren lectores más maduros, y esto lo desconoce el gran publico.
