I make a similar sauce but yours has the added apple and fennel. I'm intrigued by this. I think it's a great idea.

It's funny that we both moved recently. It takes time to adjust to a new place. Sorry to hear about the separation between you and your daughter.

I think it’s a nice go-to basic sauce recipe and I learn the technique to use apple as a natural sweetness from Korean and Japanese Cuisine.
Hahaha, it's true! What a coincidence that we moved at nearly the same time. Moving always sucks all my soul, so exhausted to adjust all my stuff so it's a bit of time as you say to get our track back. Happy day, Carolyn!! 😀
