They look absolutely perfect. Yum! I made mushroom ones recently and rolled out the dough with a rolling pin. Now I see I need a pasta roller. I never thought of that.

I'm glad you liked it! And yeah, we used to make pasta with a rolling pin, it was good but so much work, and making pasta was a total event because it took too long. We bought this one as a present for my sister and what a difference, now making fresh pasta is a easier option.
