this sounds like a very nice festival. and your mushroom dish must be the perfect way to celebrate it. we do have a clay pot and it is great to cook with but i don\t think i can get several of the thai ingredients here so i will ahve to go to thailand to taste it

Hahaha please come! Thailand is the paradise of vegan food. As I said that my country holds one of the largest vegetarian festivals in the world every October :)
