El día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa Salsa Bechamel Vegana; les comento que queda deliciosa, ideal para realizar cualquier preparación que la requiera. Les confieso que me encanto. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.Greetings to all my dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), it is my pleasure to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Vegan Bechamel Sauce; I tell you that it is delicious, ideal for any preparation that requires it. I confess that I loved it. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.

Ingredientes:Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 tazas de leche de avena • 5 cucharadas de aceite vegetal • 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo • 1/4 de cebolla blanca mediana • 1 pizca de pimienta negra• 1 pizca de sal• 1 1/2 cups of oat milk • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour • 1/4 medium white onion • 1 pinch of black pepper • 1 pinch of salt

Preparación:Preparation:
Primero vamos a rallar la cebolla por el lado grande del rallador.First we are going to grate the onion on the large side of the grater.

Seguidamente colocamos una olla al fuego, agregamos el aceite. Luego incorporamos la cebolla rallada, sal, pimienta negra y la harina de trigo.Next we put a pot on the fire, add the oil. Then we add the grated onion, salt, black pepper and wheat flour.

Después removemos con un batidor de varillas manual hasta que se vuelva una pasta.Then we stir with a manual handle whisk until it becomes a paste.

Luego ve añadiendo poco a poco la leche de avena, debemos remover rápidamente para que no se nos formen grumos. Bajamos el fuego y seguimos añadiendo la leche de avena.Then gradually add the oat milk, we must stir quickly so that lumps do not form. Lower the heat and continue adding the oat milk.

Continuamos removiendo hasta que espese un poco mas. Rectificamos de sal. Y ahora si estara lista nuestra Salsa Bechamel Vegana.We continue stirring until it thickens a little more. We rectify salt. And now our Vegan Bechamel Sauce will be ready.

Servimos en un envase, adornamos y ya estara lista para consumir.We serve in a container, decorate and we will be ready to consume.
