Good night to all Hive friends. How are you? I hope you are well. Today, I want to share with you on this platform how to make a very nutritious and delicious, slightly spicy jackfruit curry. It takes some time to prepare, but I always try to make nutritious food. And these days, the jackfruits are plentiful. That's why food is prepared in different ways. Jackfruit also offers several nutritional properties that make it a healthy addition to your diet. It is a good source of magnesium, iron, and potassium, and it helps boost the immune system. So, let's see how to make this.

Ingredients;

๐Ÿ€ Fresh Jackfruit 10 or 15.
๐Ÿ€ 2 onions, finely chopped.
๐Ÿ€ 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed chili powder.
๐Ÿ€ 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder.
๐Ÿ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
๐Ÿ€ Curry leaves.
๐Ÿ€ A few sticks of cinnamon.
๐Ÿ€ 1/2 teaspoons chili powder.
๐Ÿ€ Salt to taste.
๐Ÿ€ 1 1/2 cup of cocoanut milk.
๐Ÿ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.

Method of making;

1 step.

First take the jackfruit and cut it in two as shown below and remove the seed.

2 step.

Then, to prepare the onion sambal, add some crushed chillies and a little salt to the chopped onions and mix well. As shown in the picture below.

3 step.

Then fill the middle of the washed and cleaned jackfruit with chili sambal mixed with onions.

4 step.

Then put the stuffed jackfruit in the container to be kept in the stove as shown in the following pictures.

5 step.

Then put a cup of 1 1/2 coconut milk in a cup and add turmeric powder, chili powder, mustard powder, curry leaves, cinnamon and pepper to it and mix it well.

6 step.

Then put the prepared coconut milk mixture into the jacks prepared to keep the stove as shown in the pictures below.

7 step.

Then put it on the stove and cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix carefully. After that remove from the stove.
