(ENG-ESP) Sautéed zucchini noodles with bell pepper and curry

Good evening dear Hivers, I hope you had a fantastic Saturday.... On this occasion, I will share with you an exquisite recipe, VERY easy and simple to prepare. I will explain "step by step" how to make a delicious "sautéed zucchini noodles with bell pepper and curry ". What I love the most about this dish is the wonderful consistency that ALL the ingredients acquire during the cooking process, you will enjoy soft, juicy and crunchy appetizing vegetables... Let's put on our aprons and start our fun process!

Buenas noches queridos Hivers, espero que hayan pasado un fantástico sábado... En ésta ocasión, compartiré con ustedes una exquisita receta, MUY fácil y sencilla de preparar. Les explicaré "paso a paso" como elaborar unos deliciosos "tallarines salteados de calabacín con pimiento y curry". Lo que más amo de éste platillo es la maravillosa consistencia que adquieren TODOS los ingredientes durante el proceso de cocción, disfrutarán de unas apetitosas verduras suaves, jugosas y crujientes... Pongámonos el delantal y empecemos nuestro divertido proceso!

  • To make this recipe I used the following ingredients: zucchini, red bell pepper, scallion, tomato, garlic, mustard, cumin, curry, dried oregano and salt to taste.
  • Para realizar ésta receta utilicé los siguientes ingredientes: calabacín, pimiento rojo, cebollín, tomate, ajo, mostaza, comino, curry, orégano seco y sal al gusto.

  • We sauté our healthy zucchini at "medium-high" heat. Cut into VERY thin strips, I suggest NOT removing the skin, to enjoy its exquisite texture and prevent it from losing its consistency during the cooking process. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. You can use a touch of olive or sesame oil.
  • Sofreímos a fuego "medio-alto" nuestro saludable calabacín. Cortamos en tiras MUY delgadas, les sugiero NO extraer la piel, para así disfrutar de su exquisita textura y evitar que pierda su consistencia durante el proceso de cocción. Añadimos una pizca de sal y pimienta. Pueden utilizar un toque de aceite de oliva o de sésamo.

  • Next, add the garlic cloves (finely chopped).
  • A continuación, añadimos los dientes de ajo (finamente cortados).

  • Add the dried oregano and the mustard...
  • Incorporamos el orégano seco y la mostaza...

  • When we check that the skin of the zucchini took a slightly golden consistency, we add the "cumin" along with our aromatic curry!
  • Cuando comprobemos que la piel del calabacín tomó una consistencia un poco dorada, colocamos el "comino" junto con nuestro aromático curry!

  • Add the bell pepper, preferably "red", as it has a very tasty sweet flavor. Friends, whenever I prepare this recipe I always love that the bell peppers have a VERY crunchy texture, we sauté for 2 minutes... Our healthy and nutritious dish is ready to plate and enjoy!
  • Agregamos el pimiento, preferiblemente "rojo", ya que posee un sabor "dulzón" MUY sabroso. Amigos, siempre que preparo ésta receta me encanta que los "pimientos" queden con una textura MUY crocante, salteamos durante 2 minutos... Nuestro saludable y nutritivo platillo estará listo para emplatar y disfrutar!
