Hello Vegan Lovers,a cold gust of wind makes the stomach hungry. Even though about 15 minutes ago, our family and I had just finished eating our afternoon meal. This is because the rain fell from the afternoon and did not stop until 20.00 WIB. I couldn't leave the house to buy food, it was still raining heavily. I looked in the fridge and found nothing to make into food. I only found brown sugar and instant coconut milk. I also still have some fragrant and sweet jackfruit bananas. Children like sweet food, I will make banana meatballs with a savory and sweet taste.
The banana meatballs that I made are made from the main ingredient of white glutinous rice flour, glutinous rice flour has a tough texture, so I added wheat flour to reduce the sticky taste. The stuffing I use is ripe bananas and brown sugar. These banana meatballs taste even better with the savory coconut milk sauce. Banana meatballs taste more delicious. Enjoy it when it's warm.
The ingredients that I use to make banana meatballs are :
7 tablespoons of white glutinous rice flour
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 jackfruit banana (you can use other types of bananas, the most important thing is ripe bananas without seeds)
brown sugar/palm sugar to taste
1 Pack of instant coconut milk which I dilute with 700 mL of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Enough water to make the meatball dough
1 liter of water to boil the flour mixture
First I will make banana meatballs, the method is:
The ingredients for making the banana meatballs are glutinous rice flour, wheat flour and water.
The first step, mix the glutinous rice flour and wheat flour.
The second step, add water little by little to form a dough that can be formed like this.
The next step I will make the ingredients for the filling with brown sugar and ripe bananas.
The trick is puree bananas and brown sugar, mix thoroughly.
The next step, take the flour dough, flatten it so we can add the banana dough in the middle.
The next step I will boil the meatball dough. Boil the water, after the water boils, add the meatballs.
If the meatballs have floated, it means the meatballs are cooked, remove them.
The next step is to cook the coconut milk. Put the coconut milk into the pan and cook over medium heat.
Add sugar and salt
Cook until the coconut milk boils, during cooking don't forget to keep stirring the coconut milk, until the coconut milk tastes delicious. When cooking coconut milk, I should have added pandan leaves, but because it was raining since the afternoon, I couldn't collect pandan leaves in the garden.
SERVING METHOD
Arrange the banana meatballs in a serving bowl.
Enter the coconut milk into the banana meatballs.
Now the banana meatballs are ready to be served, enjoy them warm.
When I cut the meatballs, you can see the soft banana dough and melted brown sugar.
This snack can also be used as an appetizer or dessert. The taste is sweet and savory, addictive.

This was incredible! I did not have enough ingredients to make this yummy recipe, so I might use something instead, i used to use Taro, the purple tarp to make a meatball, it turns out smoothly. I hope it will created a perfect self serving! I really recommend doing different style to make a great combo.
Yes, we can try it with other ingredients, but since it's a sweet-tasting snack, we have to use sweet-tasting ingredients @mich.brmey
