Today I prepared a delicious 100% vegan salad based on three cooked vegetables: beets, carrots and potatoes, I wanted to give a different touch to the usual beet salad and I came up with a dressing based on parchita juice, which gave it an exquisite gourmet touch, I recommend it, it is ideal to delight your palate, so stay to teach you how to prepare it.

If necessary, remove it to give a little more time to the other vegetables that require a little more cooking time.

    I decided to try a parchita dressing and the combination of the flavors with these vegetables was great. To the resulting juice I added a tablespoon of olive oil and a little salt, you must whisk to integrate the ingredients of the dressing.

    Decidí probar un aderezo de parchita y la combinación con los sabores junto a estas verduras fue genial.
