Esta galletas se preparan de manera rápida y muy fácil, y son deliciosas, a los pequeños les encanta, y es una forma de agregar zanahoria a su dieta; espero la propuesta les agrade!

MATERIALES
2000gr de harina de trigo
1 cucharada de ccaco en polvo
1 zanahoria pequeña rallada
medio coco rallado 150gr de azúcar
1 cucharada de margarina vegetal (o aceite).
MATERIALS

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 small grated carrot
half a grated coconut 150gr sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable margarine (or oil).
PREPARACIÓN
En una taza, egregar la harina, coco, zanahoria, azúcar y mezclar bien.
PREPARATION
In a bowl, add the flour, coconut, carrot, sugar and mix well.
Agregar la margarina, y mezclar hasta formar una masa homogénea.
Add the cocoa and margarine, and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
En una bandeja enharinada, colocar las galletas y hornear unos 15 minutos.
