Para hoy hago mi primera presentación dentro de la comunidad y les tengo una deliciosa ensalada de hinojos, muy fácil de preparar con un sabor anisado propio del hinojo. Una comida saludable que se puede comer a cualquier hora del día para mantenernos con buena salud y energia. Espero les guste y disfruten de esta receta.
Hello #PlantPowerVegan friends. For today I am making my first presentation within the community and I have a delicious fennel salad, very easy to prepare with an aniseed flavor typical of fennel. - 2 bulbos de hinojos, 1 tomate rojo, 1 cebolla, 1 zanahoria, 1 limón, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de aceite.
- 2 fennel bulbs, 1 red tomato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 2 sweet peppers, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon of oil.

- Colocar los hinojos en un tazón con suficiente agua y lavarlos.
- Place the fennels in a bowl with enough water and wash them.
- Retirar los tallos secos.
- Remove dry stems.
- Cortar finamente los bulbos y tallos.
- Finely chop the bulbs and stems.
- Colocar todo lo picado en un tazón, agregar el jugo de limón.
- Put everything chopped in a bowl, add the lemon juice.
- Cortar la cebolla en ruedas y añadirla.
- Cut the onion into slices and add it.
- Cortar finamente los ajíes dulces y agregar.
- Finely chop the sweet peppers and add.
- Incorporar la sal y mezclar.
- Add the salt and mix.
- Añadimos el aceite.
- Add the oil.
- Rallar la zanahoria y agregarla mezclado todo.
- Grate the carrot and add it all mixed.
