There is a cultural ritual that is practiced by the young boys of the tribes which have homosexual undertone of ingesting semen of other men in order to become a "warrior".
It is customary in the Sambia culture that for a boy to become a man he has to perform a ritual of drinking semen when he is between the age of six (6) to ten (10) years old. These young boys are also indoctrinated during the initiation ceremony that women are a threat to them if they want to become strong and brave warriors. They are being taught the notion of women being dangerous and it is acted out by detaching themselves from their mothers and all the women in their life. To be a warrior, according to them, you have to be independent and not depend on anyone, especially a woman.

The ritual process of transitioning to manhood in the Sambia tribe is depicted to be highly erotic, filthy, sensual and sexual.
It takes about ten (10) to fifteen (15) years to be confirmed a "man" after the boy have underwent different stages of initiation. The first stage of the initiation process is to separate the boys from their mother at the age of nine (9). This process often comes with duress because not all the children are willing to go through these rigorous process. I'm sure some would have preferred to be a boy their entire life if they are to go through several pain to become a man.
Afterwards, the young boys are beaten with cane stick which is also used in stabbing their nostrils to ensure that they bleed. It may seem sickening that a young child is intentionally being stabbed in the nostrils, because of the pain, injury and trauma that will follow, but this is not the case for the Sambia people. The Sambia people see the process as a symbol of of strength, that is, a warrior must be a person that can sustain injuries and survive it. That's the essence of manhood to them.

Then, the boys are forced to perform fellatio on the older ones which must not stop until they swallow their semen. It is believed that ingesting their semen will turn them to a strong man.
A man's semen is said to posses a masculine spirit which can only be got through ingesting of semen. The young boys are given special treatment for three years - they have to maintain a special diet and undergo several other trainings to make them as strong as a warrior.

Wowwwwww no words, I had no idea anything like this existed. I guess none of the people from this tribe really integrate into modern society then? I would love to hear some story from someone who have experiences both worlds.
There are so many crazy cultures in the world, but thankfully, most of them are going into extinction. These cultural practices may have existed before modernisation, so these people were not enlighten at that time. I'm not sure anyone will be cajoled into being a warrior by swallowing another man's semen in this age. However, you never can tell.
I hope they can abandon those kind of practices without completely losing their culture. But thank you so much for sharing this information. The world is so full of different stories!
