Why did this trip become a real fairy tale for me ??? Where I live now, in the south of Slovakia, is a very warm winter. For example, on New Year's Eve, on December 31, we will have 15 degrees of heat. And you yourself understand that we "do not smell" of snow. And I really missed the real frosts and snow. And I can't live without mountains. Therefore, when choosing a place for our Christmas vacation, we chose the mountains in Poland. By the way, in Slovakia, due to the pandemic, all festive events were closed. And in Poland everything works and the Christmas holiday mood is very well felt. Yes, as we were vaccinated, we calmly went on a journey. I invite you to this journey. Let's start.
Чому для мене ця подорож стала справжньою казкою??? Там де я зараз живу, на півдні Словакії, дуже тепла зима. Наприклад, на Новий Рік, на 31 грудня в нас буде 15 градусів тепла. І ви самі розумієте, що снігом в нас "не пахне". А я дуже скучила за справжніми морозами та снігом. А ще я не можу жити без гір. Тому при виборі місця для нашої різдвяної відпустки, ми обрали гори в Польщі. Доречі, в Словакії, через пандемію всі святкові заходи були зачинені. А в Польще все працює і дуже добре відчувається різдвяний святковий настрій. Так, як ми вакциновані то спокійно вирушили у подорож. В цю подорож я запрошую і вас. Починаємо.
We embark on a fabulous adventure in the kingdom of snow and mighty huge mountains. Who would have thought that "spring" and real winter are separated by only about 300 kilometers. Yes Yes! Five hours on the road and we seem to be in a completely different dimension. At first we drove between green fields, where you could see small herds of deer. Hares and chanterelles ran somewhere in the field. And she saw a stork. Yes, can you imagine? Why didn't they fly to warmer lands? It's a mystery to me. And then the green fields disappeared. The snow began to appear more and more. You can't even imagine how I felt. I haven't seen snow for THREE years.
Ми вирушаємо в казкову пригоду в королівство снігу та могутніх величезних гір. Хто б міг подумати, що "весну" та справжню зиму розділяють всього-навсього якихось 300 кілометрів. Так-так! П' ять годин в дорозі і ми, наче, зовсім в іншому вимірі. Спочатку ми їхали між зеленими полями, на яких можна було побачити невеличкі стада оленів. Де-інде на полі бігали зайці та лисички. А ще я побачила лелек. Так, уявляєте? Чому вони не полетіли в теплі краї? Для мене це загадка. А потім зелені поля зникли. Снігу стало з' являтися все більше та більше. Ви навіть уявити собі не можете що я відчувала. Я ТРИ роки не бачила снігу.
The closer we got to our destination, the more snow there was. The mood has improved significantly. We found the hotel quickly. A cozy and small house was waiting for us. We stayed at the hotel "Yellow Tour". The room was very large. Inside the room was its own kitchen. But it was a little cool and bad soundproofing throughout the hotel. You could even hear the neighbors breathing. Next time we will choose another hotel. But the hotel has its advantages: a large dining room with panoramic mountain views, private shower room and kitchen, close to the center.
Чим ближче ми під' їжджали до місця призначення, тим більше було снігу. Настрій значно поліпшипся. Готель ми знайшли швидко. Затишний та невеличкий будиночок чекав нас. Поселилися ми в готелі "Жовта Турніа". Номер виявився дуже великим. Всередині номеру була власна кухня. Але трошки було прохолодно і погана звуко-ізоляція в усьому готелі. Бул чутно навіть як дихають сусіди. В наступний раз ми виберемо інший готель. Але в готелі є і плюси: велика їдальня з панорамним видом на гори, власна душова кімната та кухня, близька відстань до центру.
After a little rest we went to the center of Zakopane. This is where the real holiday took place. Snow fell to the ground in large snowflakes. People were happy. I felt the true spirit of a real Christmas. Of course, we have not forgotten about the Christmas attribute: mulled wine. Delicious wine was brewed in each restaurant, and each had its own special tastes. Music was played on the street. There were a lot of people in the souvenir shops. And everyone was fine. And everyone was happy. I didn't have enough of that. If you've never been to Zakopane, Poland, for Christmas, you've lost a lot.
Трошки відпочивши ми вирушили в центр міста Закопане. Ось тут відбувалося справжнє свято. Сніг падав на землю великими сніжинками. Люди були веселі. Я відчувала справжній дух справжнього Різдва. Звичайно ми не забули й про різдвяний атрибут: глінтвейн. У кожному ресторані варили смачне вино, і в кожного були свої особливі смаки. На вулиці грали музики. В сувенірних лавках стояли купа людей. І всім було добре. І всі були щасливі. Мені так цього не вистачало. Якщо ви ніколи не були в місті Закопане в Польші на Різдво, то ви багато чого втратили.
The day was coming to an end. There is still a long vacation and a lot of impressions ahead. It's time to return to the hotel and gather strength to climb the mountain. I'll tell you everything tomorrow. And you make yourself a mulled wine and enjoy life.
День підходив до кінця. Попереду ще довга відпустка і багато вражень. Час вертатися до готелю і набиратися сил на підйом до гори. Я все вам завтра розповім. А ви зваріть собі глінтвейн і насолоджуйтесь життям.
