Appearance, as in what they look like? Generally it's what's inside a person that matters and that's where so many get it wrong...they look at outward appearances and judge from there.

I do not care about appearance or presentation. They could be wearing an onion sack. I'll still give them the opportunity to win me over with their intellect.
I actually don't even care about intellect, just who a person is and how we "go together" which doesn't even mean we have to like the same things. As far as intellect...I'm somewhat dense and certainly do not dazzle anyone with intellect or much else...but the right people respond to me and others do not. That's how it should be I think. Keeps my circle pleasingly small.
