Well what a crazy week it's been, last Saturday I roasted 120kg of coffee, on Sunday another 50kg, Monday 70kg, Tuesday 20kg, Wednesday 90kg and Thursday 20kg! So much coffee and all packed and shipped out to customer too. Artisan Scope is running well on the 30kg, adding enhanced profiling to my roasts. And I found a new way to drop my hermes parcel off, in the in-post locker machine scan a parcel and it opens a door to put it into!
