Kamote Ube Turon Recipe - How to make flavored sweet potato roll

Ingredients:

Kamote (Sweet Potato)
Cheese
Ube flavored Sweetened Condensed Creamer
Margarine
Unsalted Lumpia Wrapper
Vegetable Oil

Procedure:

1. Peel the sweet potato (Kamote) and cut into the same sized pieces to cook evenly
2. Boil sweet potatoes until it becomes tender.
3. Use a fork to mash the sweet potato
4. Heat margarine and Ube Flavored Sweetened Condensed Creamer over low heat then gently mix the mash sweet potato until combined together
5. Slice the cheese
6. Place a spoonful of sweet potato mixture on a lumpia wrapper and add cheese strip on top and roll.
7. Deep fry until it turns into golden brown.\

Yes po at mas easy po kasi may condensed na ube flavor .1 can nga ang dami na matatabi mo pa ang extra para sa future recipes
