Although you forgot to mention Resource Credits in the beginning. As the dapps grow and new ones pop up, bandwidth will get very scarce.
Dapps don't even need to use 100% of the bandwidth to push the price up because a lot of people will not delegate their RCs, especially in the beginning.
Good point on the Resource Credits. That is a feature/user case that cannot be overlooked.
