Today was a day of self reflection & thinking about things going on in the world. Since I was a bit tired from working so much on things for the past several weeks, I did a more leisurely approach to things & noticed how much seriousness & negativity going on in the world.
While it’s understandable in some aspects, when we forget to celebrate the little good things in life & what brings us joy, we tend to lose a part of ourselves.
So, in this video, I talk about this as well as something that sparked these thoughts when I did something fun with my #Hive community. Hang with me, though, because there is a deeper message to all of this! ;)
Remember, always celebrate your inner child & have fun in life. It takes you back into alignment & into the core frequency we all have: love.

I'm afraid to look back in the past and my first videos, or even blog posts... I was so serious and so "not me"... But, I'm glad that I have "override" that and creating videos, posts, vlogs are now so much fun that's it's easier than ever...
And that doesn't mean that there is no message inside the posts... On contrary, I would say that with that attitude, the message becomes more authentic and has more impact as it's more "honest"...
The same goes for your videos... Yes, you have awesome bloopers at the end, and you are joking in the videos, but the message is still there... and it's important to be heard...
Thanks for the video and for pointing out the importance of joy! There is no meaning of doing this if there is no fun!
It's interesting, even though I found that I am much more assertive in expressing my beliefs & against a lot that is going on in this world now, I am rediscovering aspects of my joy as well. It really is a balance when we are more aware of it. :)
