Onion Omelette - Spicy Tasty and Easy

An Omelette a day, Keeps a happy Face 🙂
I had this Omelette for dinner today, with Chapati ( Indian bread )
Omelette goes well with any stuff if you are a egg lover. I love eggs and specially the Omelettes. This time it was more onions which makes the Omelette fluffy and crunchy. Only formula for a better Omelette is to fry them in more oil. You can always choose butter over cooking oil if you like butter.
And only warning while using butter, finish off the Omelette when it's hot. If it gets cold, u wont like it at all 🙂
