Can you believe it??? We made it to the 30th episode, and I haven’t gotten bored and quit yet! Yay! This pirate radio podcast is coming to you from the HEART of the Pacific Northwest, just half a SMURF from the mighty Columbia River! (Not that any of that has an effect on the music…or DOES IT!?!?! Maybe staying inside out of the rain all my life made me spend more time listening to music and less time getting arrested? Who knows…?)

Anyway, here are an assortment of tunes of various stripes and colors (which will definitely clash with one another!) Hopefully, there’s a cut or two in this mess that you enjoy!

Punktronic Disco Dirge – Ep. 30
Approx. 1 hour and 5 minutes

[Intro (recorded about a WEEK AGO!!! but just used today, 9 Apr. 2021.)]

---The Cure – “Wrong Number (Mix)” from Galore (1997)
---Philly Boy Roy – “Punk Rock Girl” from Dr. Demento Covered in Punk (2018)
---The Controllers – “Electric Church” from The Controllers (1984) (song originally released in 1979)
---The Who – “Pictures of Lily” from My Generation – The Very Best of The Who (1996) (song originally released in 1967)
---Mark Snow – “X-Files Theme (P.M. Dawn Remix)” from Songs in the Key of X (1996)
---Cookie Crew – “Got to Keep On” from Born This Way (1989)
---Sub Sub – “Space Face (Techno Todd Dub)” from Hard to Find / Classic & Rare Remixes (2011) (song originally released in 1991)
---Crowbar – “Dream Weaver” from Equilibrium (2000)
---Omni Trio – “Mainline” from Kickin’ Hardcore Leaders (1993)
---The Neon Judgement – “Tomorrow in the Papers” from Mafu Cage (1986) (song originally released in 1985)
---Chrome – “Eyes in the Center” from Chrome Box (1996) (song originally released in 1980)
---Neu! – “Hero” from Neu! Sampler (2001) (song originally released in 1975)
---Melt – “Be Liquid” from Technosonic Volume 4 (1994)

There ya go! Thirteen nifty cuts for the thirtieth episode! There was no “Reading of the List” this time because the show is already a week late, and I’m just trying to chug along and get it finished and uploaded! (Hopefully, that’s okay.) Meanwhile, if you happened to enjoy any of these cuts, look for ways to support the performers! (Like, maybe, buying a record or digital download from one of them…if they’re still around…)

These tracks were all played for educational / appreciation purposes only! We want this music to LIVE ON!!! Thanks for stopping by!

---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
