What is the SPK Network Timeline?

Many are asking: "Wen SPK Network?"

In the Voice AMA, this question was asked by @taskmaster4450 and @starkerz, @theycallmednan, @bobinson, and @vaultec shared the expected timeline for the SPK Network. We have to consider that the devs are working with very complicated technologies: IPFS, Indexing Nodes, Blockchain (HIVE & PeerPlays), Tokenomics, and Claimdrop.
