Yhe average life of human being is considered to be around 60 Years...the ratio is considerably falling since many years due to un healthy food habits and inadequate lifestyle. It is a reason to bother among all of us. Analyzing the data many of us would be worried, but the people of Hunza community who would be secretly laughing knowing the average life of human beings is far less than what they were living.
I was really surprised, when I came across to know of the community who have an average life of 120 years and in same cases 160 years. Double of what a normal human would expect to live.

Hunza community has a population of around 87000 people who were residing northern valley of Pakistan. Especially along the LoC with India.
Hunja Valley located in Pakistan-based Gilgit-Baltistan mountains in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Hunza falls near the Line of Control between India and Pakistan.
More surprising fact of the community is that the women of the community can give birth till the age of 65.
As per the geographical set up of the area, which has abundance of natural beauty every where, you will be more amazed to know that the women of this tribe appear very beautiful and young for a long time. Considering the healthy lifestyle and natural living, these tribes follow.
Thanks to their healthy way of living, they look young and beautiful even in the later years of their life. When most of the women worried about their degrading health, these tribe enjoy the beauty of the nature and keep blossoming for long.
Discovering the Community.
It was too hard to discover the existence of the community. No, they are not from other planet. The world came to know of the community only after, Said Abdul Mobudu, confused the immigration officers in London because his passport stated that his birth year was 1832
Healthy Living.
Finding the existence, many people would get amazed, it might have taken all the researchers clueless, but after some good study, they able to trace out the secrets behind, the long lifeand beautiful skin of the community.
It was infact a good natural habit, followed by a natural lifestyle that allows these tribe to love long. Their lifestyle proves how adopting a healthy approach to our lives can not only make us look more youthful but also improve our life expectancy.
the main food of these people is Jowar millet and Khumani and dry fruits. They consume more and more of them. These people bathe in water with less than zero temperature and grow their own food.
The people of the Hunza tribe consider themselves descendants ofAlexander the Great*. They came into being when Alexander conquered the area. They settled in the villages there and married among themselves.
Not sure how much is the truth in such claims, but getting a deep study on these community, we atheist know that a healthy life around a natural living does allow us to live happily.

That's interesting information. I had read about Hunza Valley but not in these terms, they have the best variety of Crystals available in that place and that's how I know of this. But I am sure that every word here is 100% because the place is full of natural resources and unexplored. One of my friend used to go there regularly to buy Crystals and I have seen some amazing pictures of this place. I do wish to travel here sometime.
