Great to see so many people and that you have all been so proactive. I agree, it's good to have someone come in and challenge us, a devils advocate if you may call them. Lets us look at things from all angles. Yes it can be uncomfortable at times, but really important if we want to grow xxxxx
This is a very good comment. Of course we from the community know and see how whales here support the community as much as they can and i would as well if i'd have a larger stake in hive. Specially when supporting artists and creators. The truth is that some developer on the top know how to leverage the opportunities of blockchains. They also can if they really understand how. It's also partially because they arrive on a first come, first serve basis. I can imagine that they also enjoy being in power and the hierarchy does seem appealing to corrupt some of them. Many bring up china social credits and digital currencies, imagining CBDC's and compare community governance and DAO's with regular governments, because they don't understand what blockchains like hive are really about. Like i mentioned many times already, we're almost all quite exceptional idealists or become it after achieving a certain reputation. As if proof of brain becomes self explanatory? It's also why i believe that if we didn't have such a great community and a reputation system, it might not be the way it is. Since we mine all these blocks by appreciating good actors and have exceptional people here, it does work.
