Laguna de los Tres with Monte Fitz Roy (3405m) in the background. Also know as Cerro Chaltén. Chaltén comes from a Tehuelche (Aonikenk) word meaning smoking mountain, due to a cloud that usually forms around the mountain's peak. Argentine Patagonia, Argentina

What a wonderful place, how is the temperature there? Is it possible to dive in the lagoon?
Being glacier fed the lagoon would be close to freezing I would guess.
That water looks so clear :O Is the blue in the deeper part of the lake sky reflection or is the water actually that colour too? As it's kind of spinny XD
The water is that colour; its a glacial lake so it has some funky colours.
I do remember you saying glacial lakes had interesting colours, it was just very colour matched in this case so wasn’t sure 😆
