MUD Bistro is a small, vegetarian restaurant located in Danang Vietnam. The own is a Canadian / Vietnamese person with a passion named Tim.
Tim is a wild guy with lots of passion and a fantastic and interesting back story. He also is the purveyor of a pretty awesome vegetarian restaurant that I find myself dining and often.
last Sunday they had brunch with really special tacos, Tim asked me to come and take some photos, and with tacos on the line, how could I refuse?

The tables were set with these lovely sunflowers which is perhaps one of my favorite type of flowers...
