It was great moment in the presence of God almighty and also another opportunity to listen to doctrine of Christ through brother Daniel, and I learned that we cannot put a new cloth on an old one, the old one still have stains which is sin so we must take it and put on the new one which Christ purchased with his blood, the old man is dead and new man is what lives in us which is Christ.
1st Timothy 2:9;10 here the Bible says, In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel shamefacedness and sobriety not with braided hair or hold or peals or costly array. Wearing of expensive and too many of golds and silvers are prohibited as a child of God those things are the things that attract sin against God, some people wear them to show off and make others feel they are rejected by God because they can’t afford such, things like that also brings about covetousness, when you no longer be contented with what you have you want more and even what belongs to another. So it is prohibited by God for a child of God put on so much golds and silvers on their body, we should look decent as children of God.
1st Peter 1:15 here i learned and understand that we should be honey and pure as children of God because our God is holy so he wants a us to be like him, the Bible says here, but as he which has called you is holy so be ye holy in all manner of conversation. We should mindful of the kind of conversation very engage ourselves in especially in the midst of the unbelievers because their are so many unholy words that can come up which is not good for us to interfere so we must be holy in every thing we do as our Lord who called is also holy so that when people sees us they can identify us as children of God.
John 13:34 here the Bible says that God has given us a new commandment which we must follow, the commandments of God is what we need to fulfill the doctrine of Christ for without the commandments we cannot fulfill the doctrine of Christ and we will sin against him which has called us, here it says a new commandment I give unto you that ye love one another as I have loved you that ye also love one another, this is the greatest commandment, we must love one another just as Christ loved us and showed us examples so that we will fulfill the doctrine of Christ.
Colossians 3:14 the Bible says that in everything we should put on love, we should love and care for one another even as Christ cared for us. God is love and we that serve him should love and also love extend the love the to our fellow men that’s what God wants us to do, here it says And above all these things put on charity which is the bond of perfectness. The primary doctrine of Christ is love and that’s why God sent his son to die for our sins so we do not perish and he wend further and said love your neighbor as yourself even as Christ loved us we should love one another.
