God in His His infinite wisdom and mercy made everything was the good of mankind. The Bible said in Genesis that after God was done with creating, He looked at what He had created and pronounced them to be good.
There was never at any point that after God had created something He had to recreate it as a result of imperfection or fault. Everything was good and perfect. He made a beautiful garden and put man in it, ensuring that He had everything He needed for sustenance.
But the devil saw this and wasn't pleased with it because he knew that Adam was the seed of humanity. He knew the good thoughts and purpose that God planned to achieve for humanity through Adam and was against it. So the devil advised a plan seize this vision from happening by going through the woman and deceiving her, and through her it transcended to Adam. That was how they disobeyed God and committed sin in the eyes of God.
God desires obedience from us. If we are able to walk in total obedience our journey on earth would be smooth and we would be highly pleased with God. We shouldn't think twice before obeying God's voice, and we should shun away from any form of disobedience.
