Welcome to the last part of this interesting Bible lesson series by Brother Eli Soriano.
The idea of reincarnation suggests that when a person dies he can be reborn again as a better person. However, the Bible told us that in the last days, evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. This is what the Lord said about what will happen in a time to go, which means people will become eviler to the extent that a deceiver can be deceived. This means the one who deceived him is eviler than him.
Going by the concept of reincarnation, such shouldn't be the case if people are going to die and be reborn better and better as they continue to live and die again to be reborn again. However, the reality facing us today is what the Bible says: evil men shall wax worse and worse. They shall be worse than ever before. This is the current condition of mankind, humanity is becoming eviler than has ever been seen since the world began.
The world has seen a trajectory rise in crime, moral decadence, and all sorts of evil that never existed or at least men would not do in 200 or 100 years ago. If reincarnation is real, the world would've had people who are perfected and free of evil intentions, because there would have been by now, people who must have been reincarnated over 100 times and have learned and mastered perfection.
For example, if you are given a chance to live again after death, you will choose to be born a better person than you are now. You will be able to look back into the years you have loved on earth and see all the mistakes and errors you committed and you would not want to be reborn to still have those mistakes and errors. You will want to come to the world again as a better person.
However, that is never going to happen to anyone because according to the Bible, it is appointed unto man once to die, and after this the Judgment. You only have one chance to live not twice. The idea of reincarnation is baseless and holds no substance for serious argument.
We have all been given one chance to live, and we must do all we can to make the most of this one chance for us to find favor with our creator. We must live the way he wants us to live as the Bible tells us in the book of Ephesians chapter 4 verse 4 it says,
"There is one body and one Spirit even as ye are called in one hope of your calling."
We are told in the scriptures that there is one body and that one body is the church. The book of Colossians 1:8 further explains that He (Christ Jesus) is the head of the body, and the church is the body according to Apostle Paul. There is one body or one church and one Spirit in that one body that gives life to that body even as we are called in one hope of your calling. Hallelujah!
We are called into the church which is founded by God with one hope of our calling. That means we're only given one hope of Salvation according to Brother Eli, and we must do all we can to not lose that hope. In other words, we are given one chance to live and we must live it as wisely as we can. This doctrinal teaching proves the reincarnation idea false and you should not believe in it.
Funnily, the idea of reincarnation has a lot of uncertainty in it. Those who preach reincarnation aren't even sure what they are going to be reincarnated into as their souls keep searching for perfection. Chances are, a person can be reincarnated as a rat or even a bat. Just imagine human foolishness.
How can a person be perfected from a human being to being reborn as a rat? That's a gross error and the lowest of human thinking and imagination. This is the same way scientist think, claiming that humans came into being through the process of evolution from cell plants to animals, then to humans.
All of these are lies and falsehoods that are meant to prevent people from looking unto the promises of the creator of mankind who said it is appointed unto man once to die and after this judgment.
We have only one life to live, therefore let's live it to please our maker so that we may find favor on judgment day.
