The word religion that we all usually say today is actually a Greek word, Threskeia and it is Latin calls it Religare, but in English we refer to it as Religion which means the faith we all believe in. And we can can see it in the life of the disciples of God that followed the right religion where they were first called Christians.
From the interpretation in Latin, it means to reunite, bind and to connect with the maker of life, that is Religare. As humans, a lot of people have deeply gone far and doing contrary to the instructions given by our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. They have involved themselves in an unholy things, thing that God is not happy with and the live the lifestyle of a sinner, the only way these people can get back to Christ is through the right religion.
Through the right religion, we get closer to our saviour because we learn more about the things of God. We should always follow the steps of God which is the true religion if we do not want to go astray. By following the true religion, we live a Christlike lifestyle and do things things God has instructed us to do.
