My response to the question, is that Jesus Christ was the son of a carpenter. During their era, the trade your father is known with is what you inherit. So Joseph was the father of Jesus and he was a carpenter who impacted the knowledge unto his son Jesus. Mark 6:3 Isn’t this the carpenter? Isn’t this Mary’s son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren’t his sisters here with us?” And they took offense at him.
They marveled, because they new him as a carpenter. So the job of Christ at his early age was a carpentry Job.
