The teaching of Brother Eli on God's protection, this opened my heart in a very huge way. This explains something that we often overlook.nThat's why God shows genuine kindness to everyone. Like a special kind of protection we have for those who truly want to follow Him.
I love how they made mention of some simple examples like the sun and the rain. Even those who deny God still enjoy the blessings. Proving His mercy, which is beyond just our failures. But what stood out the most is what I heard Him describing, protection not just as these guys did, but as spiritual preservation.
God protects His people through His word, guiding them anyway from those corruption, wrong influence and destruction that comes from living outside the usual. This perspective is very important. Because many of us think protection only means that nothing bad should happen to us.
But this reminds us that protection also means being guided from sin, pollution and spiritual danger. I just appreciate the emphasis on Christ's blood as the ultimate protection. Saving us from that is what's to come.
It's just a reminder that, but also a full of hope for those who choose to obey God. This teaching is being put out there. To offer to them and give it to awaken us. It makes us reflect upon where we stand with God.
God will protect those that obey him
