There is declaration in the Bible that evil people will prosper but it will not last.
Job 20:5
[5]That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?
Justice will not be at once served but will surely be served in one day,
Our God is just not only in this world.
John 5:28-29
[28]Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
[29]And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
There's another life to come and all people will be resurrected.
