the prayer of the righteous availeth much.
Daniel always prayed facing the temple.
the first century Christians did everything in the temple.
Daniel prayed 3 times daily and he was called a beloved by GOD because he was righteous.
John 6:44 (KJV) No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
the raising up of the dead will happen on the last day.
what this means is that those that are dead in CHRIST are not in heaven yet but all will be raised up by CHRIST .
Proverbs 15:8 (KJV) The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
GOD doesn't listen to the prayer of the unrighteous.
its only GOD that can change a person.
if we pray with a pure heart,GOD will answer us, just like Daniel and Elijah who had pure hearts
Daniel even prayed for the forgiveness of others and GOD answered him.
Daniel 9:18 (KJV) O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
if the one praying is a father or mother or aunt or whoever you are and your heart is pure, your prayers will be answered.
if the father and mother of a household obey and do the doctrine of CHRIST,all will be very well with that household
in the church,there is a household of GOD
Ephesians 3:14-15 (KJV) For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
there is also a household of GOD in heaven
1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV) But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
the house of GOD and his household is the church of GOD.
Acts 17:24 (KJV) God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
GOD doesn't dwell in the temple made with hands. that is the reason why he called the temple made my Solomon the house of prayer.
Isaiah 56:7 (KJV) Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people..
