Does God want all things, including evil, to happen? Part 2

in MCGI Cares Hivelast year

Hello Brethren!

In part 1 of this teaching, we understood that not everything that happen on earth is the will of God. A lot of happenings especially evil ones are because of what we chose for ourselves.

Our choices in life, is the reason there are evil things around us. Not everything that happens is happening because God wants it to happen. God allows it to happen, but it is not his will. The reason they happen is because he gave us a free will or a free choice to choose between evil and good, but he always recommends what is good for us, and that is to obey his will and to follow his commandment.

Before we were born into the world, God had prepared everything to make us comfortable. He prepared what we'll eat, wear and drink.
He placed everything for us in order for us to be worthy of living a peaceful life, God prepared everything that we need. Everything that will make us good, the necessities in our daily lives. Plants, animals, etc.

God created everything good for us, including bacteria. There are good bacteria that maintain the balance in our digestive tract. There are good bacteria that thrive in our armpits, in our ears. There are good bacteria that thrive in our mouth to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Even bacteria can be used by God for our good, even funguses can be used by God for our good. Everything that will make us good, that will maintain our well-being was repaired by God even before we were created.

From the account of creation, God created everything first before he created man on the 6th day of Creation. Everything was prepared, but not only earthly things, but including spiritual things.

Ephesians 2:10

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto Good Works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

This shows that, the good works we must do, God had ordained them before we were created, so that we may live a fruitful, meaningful and happy abundant life.

Just like train, the track we must follow was prepared by God so that we don't miss the way. These tracks or ways are his commandments, his regulations, his statutes, so that we may leave a peaceful and meaningful life, a holy life on Earth. However, people rather choose to be rebels against God. Instead of doing God's will, they do their own will. That's why there are evil things that happen around us, because they are done by men, not by God.

We learn from this lesson that not everything that occurs because God wants them to happen. Some events take place as a result of our decisions or the influence of demons operating within us. Many other things happen because we have left God's will to pursue our own wills.
