Can a man be baptized with the Holy Spirit though not yet baptized with water? [Part 1 of 2]

To be saved means that you have escaped the corruption that is in this world and you have become a child of God.

To be save also means that you have accepted the lordship of Jesus.

Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

To be saved, you have to acknowledge jesus as your lord. That means if I preach to someone and the person confesses Jesus from a genuine heart, He shall be saved.

It is impossible to be saved without acknowledging the lordship of Jesus. But it is also impossible to accept the lordship of Jesus without having the holy spirit.

It is the holy spirit that convinces a man that Jesus is lord. That means anyone who genuinely confess Jesus as lord already has the holy spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

So if I preach to a sinner and he genuinely confess Jesus as lord, He has received the holy spirit.

That makes him a part of God because the spirit of God now lives in him.

This is my opinion about the question, I'll like to here brother Eli's review on this.
