Me and my hair: a natural language of my own/Mi cabello y yo: un lenguaje propio y natural
Hello friends, it is a pleasure for me to meet you and publish my first post today in this beautiful community. A necessary space in the life of every human being.
Both women and men, we all worry about having healthy and beautiful hair, but how to achieve it, the truth is not as simple as it seems, at least for me, it was not.
Next I will tell you a little about my hair, its natural state, its changes, growth, color and care, I hope you like it!
Hola amigos, es un placer para mí conocerlos y publicar mi primer post el día de hoy en esta bella comunidad. Un espacio necesario en la vida de cada ser humano.
Tanto a mujeres como a hombres, a todos, nos preocupa tener un cabello sano y bonito. ¿Cómo lograrlo?, la verdad no es tan sencillo como parece, por lo menos para mí, no lo fue.A continuación les hablaré un poco de mi cabello, su estado natural, sus cambios, crecimiento, color y cuidados. ¡Espero les guste!
My experience with my hair and this beauty space
It all started in our childhood, we are 4 sisters, we played hairdresser whenever we had the opportunity. And as we grew up my mom enrolled us in various beauty courses, so we were specializing and practicing among us, at first my sisters practiced with pleasure with me, but then I fled and I do not blame them, at that time my hair was not very easy to deal with, it was a little stressful not to say rebellious.
But as I express in my title, hair has a language, that is, a way of being, which is closely associated with our personality as we are and what we like.
When I accepted that reality I felt grateful to have different hair than my sisters. Theirs was beautiful and mine too, just different, what I had to do was to know it, accept it and love it, and that's how it was!
In high school I learned to give it a more elaborate look according to their style and way of being, I enjoyed it very much! Too bad I don't have any pictures from that time to share with you.
It was not at all easy to maintain. It took time and resources and since I didn't have the money to buy care products, I learned to use natural products that had a better or the same effect. Maybe another time I will tell you about that experience.
Mi experiencia con mi cabello y este espacio de belleza
Todo empezó en nuestra infancia, somos 4 hermanas, jugábamos de peluquería siempre que había oportunidad. Y al ir creciendo mi mamá nos inscribió en varios cursos de belleza, así fuimos especializándonos y practicando entre nosotras, al principio mis hermanas practicaban con gusto conmigo, pero luego me huían y no las culpo, en ese entonces mi cabello no era muy fácil de tratar, era un poco estresante por no decir rebelde.
Pero como lo expreso en mi título, el cabello tiene un lenguaje, es decir, una forma de ser, que está muy asociada a nuestra personalidad como somos y que nos gusta.
Cuando acepte esa realidad me sentí agradecida de tener un cabello diferente al de mis hermanas. El de ellas era hermoso y el mío también solo qué diferente, lo que tenía que hacer era conocerlo, aceptarlo y amarlo, ¡y así fue!
En secundaria aprendí a darle un aspecto un poco más elaborado de acuerdo a su estilo y forma de ser, ¡lo disfruté muchísimo! Lástima que no tengo fotos de ese tiempo para compartirles.
No fue nada sencillo mantenerlo. Se necesitó tiempo y recursos y como no tenía para comprar los productos de cuidados, aprendí a usar productos naturales que hacían un mejor o el mismo efecto. Quizás en otra oportunidad les hablaré de esa experiencia.

It was more coiled, very abundant and difficult to manage. I had to resort to straightening products, but not so strong, as I told you I love my curls, but if it was necessary to soften the wave a little.
Color:
It's a dark brown, I'd say I'm about level #2. Although I've noticed that I've been getting lighter over time, in fact I've started to get gray hair, but it's hard to see yet. The dark color still prevails.

Era más enrollado, muy abundante y difícil de manejar. Tuve que recurrir a productos de alisados, pero no tan fuertes, como les dije amo mis rulos, pero si era necesario suavizar un poco la onda.
Color:
Es un castaño oscuro, yo diría que estoy a la altura de un nivel #2. Aunque he notado que se me ha estado aclarando con el transcurso del tiempo, de hecho ya empezaron a salirme las canas, pero son difíciles de ver todavía. Aún prevalece el color oscuro.
His changes:
I go from being a rebellious hair to a flexible and manageable hair, I can show it rolled and straight. He adapts without any problem, of course every so often I give him a care to the root and soften the wave a little, that I continue to do, whenever he asks me. When you know your hair it's easy to notice.
Sus cambios:
Paso de ser un cabello rebelde a un cabello flexible y manejable, lo puedo lucir enrollado y liso. Él se adapta sin ningún problema, claro cada cierto tiempo le doy un cariño a la raíz y suavizo un poco la onda, eso lo sigo haciendo, siempre que él me lo pide. Cuando conoces tu cabello es fácil notarlo.
Growth:
He has always had abundant hair, and that keeps it. It grows without any difficulty, when I cut it or someone else cuts it for me, it always grows the same.
Crecimiento:
Él siempre ha sido un cabello abundante, y eso lo mantiene. Crece sin ninguna dificultad, cuando lo corto yo o me lo corta otra persona, siempre me crece igual.
Care
These types of hair are difficult to maintain because of the abundance and waves, believe me, I've lived it. But once you accept it and give them the care they deserve, they are unique, beautiful, and very adaptable hair if you give them the right care.
For example: styling is something to be careful with, as they tangle easily, it's best you start combing it from the ends, then the middle, once you have half of the hair untangled, you start from the root to the ends.
In conclusion:
These spaces are worth supporting, they teach us to know our hair, take care of it and love it. Thanks for the opportunity you give to all of us who love the world of hair and more....

Cuidados
Estos tipos de cabellos son difíciles de mantener por lo abundante y por sus ondas, créeme, yo lo he vivido. Pero una vez que lo aceptas y le das el cuidado que se merecen, son cabellos únicos, hermosos, y muy adaptables si le das el cuidado correcto.
Por ejemplo: El peinado es algo que hay que tener cuidado, como se enredan con facilidad, es mejor que empieces a peinarlo desde las puntas, luego el medio, una vez que tengas desenredado la mitad del cabello, empiezas desde la raíz hasta las puntas.
En conclusión:
Estos espacios son dignos de apoyar, nos enseñan a conocer nuestros cabellos, cuidarlos y amarlos. Gracias por la oportunidad que nos brindan a todos los que amamos el mundo del cabello y más…

I love the curly hair on you. Not many people can fit those styles. Even I can't. I love the volume of your hair and how shiny it is.
Those curls are a delight, whenever I can I take a break from the blow dryer and flat iron and let them show them off for a while. I like that I can vary a bit.
