A short break after work in Stäfa also called the Gold Coast with its proud vineyards and panoramic view over the lake to the snowy peaks of the Alps. Stäfa is situated at 408 m above sea level directly on the beautiful Lake Zurich and offers a lot of sports, fun and relaxation.
If you are not travelling by bike or car, the distance between the boat station and the train station is about 400 m. It is also possible to take a boat taxi on Lake Zurich, a crossing from Pfäffikon to Ufenau takes only about 7 minutes.
Memorial the Stäfner Handel was a dispute in the canton of Zurich about the economic and political disadvantage of the landscape compared to the city in 1794 - 1795. The Patriot Statue was decorated with a football and a jersey of FC Stäfa, the club is currently celebrating its 125th anniversary.
