I could almost write a post every day on the Legal Wall Rouen. There is always an artist painting on these walls, it changes almost every day. But since it's not right next to my home, I go there from time to time especially when I see great works like this collaboration Monk.E and Axe.
Je pourrais presque faire tous les jours un article sur le Mur légal Rouen. Il y a toujours un artiste en train de peindre, cela change tous les jours presque. Mais comme ce n'est pas juste à côté de chez moi, j'y vais de temps en temps surtout quand je vois des oeuvres de grande qualité comme cette collaboration Monk.E et Axe.

On de Rouen Street under the railways (even Google : Graffiti Bridge), Montreal, Canada. Just for info Legal Wall Rouen is a place where artists can paint in peace because the activity is permitted by the City.
Sur le rue de Rouen au niveau de la voie de chemin de fer (même Google a nommé ce lieu Graffiti brige), Montréal. Juste pour rappel Mur légal Rouen est un endroit ou les artistes peuvent dessiner en toute tranquillité car l'activité est permise par la Ville.

El Penardo & Audrey-Anne Néron
Two artists, regulars of the place, Audrey-Anne Néron aka AANeron, artist and graphic designer from Montreal, painted this crowned shrimp. And right next to it, a simple but neat lettering done by El Penardo whose artist name I really like (being calm with a Spanish touch).
Deux artistes, habitués des lieux, Audrey-Anne Néron aka AANeron, artiste et graphiste de Montréal, a peint cette crevette couronnée. Et juste à côté, un lettrage simple mais bien exécuté fait par El Penardo dont j'aime beaucoup le nom d'artiste (être pénard avec une touche espagnole).
Monk.E & Axe
Great collaboration between Monk.E, Canadian Hip-Hop artist and musician defining himself as an Alchemiographist 👍 with Axe Lalime aka Axe, street-artist active since 1996, member of the collective K6A. Still great letters made by Monk.E with this jackal head of Axe, just below the only graffiti that stays in place all the time, the famous trademark of Scan, pioneer of Street Art in Montreal who left too soon (September 9, 2017, already 5 years ). Respect... 🙏
Superbe collaboration entre Monk.E, artiste et musicien Hip-Hop canadien se définissant lui-même comme un Alchimiographiste 👍 avec Axe Lalime aka Axe, street-artiste actif depuis 1996, membre du collectif K6A. Toujours des superbes lettres réalisées par Monk.E avec cette tête de chacal d'Axe, le tout juste en dessous du seul graffiti qui reste tout le temps en place, le fameux trademark de Scan, pionner du Street Art à Montréal qui est parti trop tôt (9 septembre 2017, 5 ans déjà). Nice tribute to the painting Edvard Munch's Scream by Milk Tongue, a Montreal artist who likes to create small murals in homage to classic artworks.

Adida Fallen Angel & Deps
On the other side of the viaduct, we immediately recognize the style of Adida Fallen Angel, Montreal artist and photographer, with this circle filled with very colorful lines. And right next to it, perfect contrast with this black and white tribute to the movie Fight Club by artist and tattoo artist Deps.
De l'autre côté du viaduc, on reconnait de suite le style d'Adida Fallen Angel,artiste et photographe montréalais, avec ce cercle rempli de lignes très coloré. Et juste à côté, parfait contraste avec cet hommage en noir et blanc au film Fight Club réalisé par l'artiste et tatoueur Deps.
I really like the style of Deps / 🇫🇷 J'aime bien son style
Slamboy & Valise
And to finish this visit, a lettering made by Valise. However, I don't know who is the author of this head. Maybe the same artist because often next to a Valise lettering I find a work in this style. Mystery to elucidate one day 😀
Et pour finir cette visite, un lettrage fait par Valise. Par contre, je ne sais pas qui est l'auteur de cette tête. Peut-être le même artiste car souvent à côté d'un lettrage Valise on retrouve une œuvre dans ce style. Mystère à élucider un jour 😀

Wow so much cool street art in this post. Fun to have a space that continually refreshes. I like the lettering and jackal head. The lettering looks almost like the mechanical body of the jackal.
Always cool to see this viaduc, always something new... We should put a live webcam to see all this.
