After the server was connected to the GCPD computer, Batman returned there. Oracle was scanning every camera and she found that Gordon had been taken to the north side of the island
while they were taking, the GCPD building suddenly shook and scarecrow appered onto the screen. He threatened all of the police officers that Batman can't save them. His army of drone tanks, cobra tanks, and flying drones was ready to attack the GCPD. This is the end.
Batman quickly came out of the GCPD. All the criminals inside were very happy. Scarecrow had attacked the building. They will be free and they started to mock Batman. Batman realized that 2 militia vans had already entered. He told Cash to fully lock the area.
They were outnumbered with guns in their hands, so Batman didn't go into a direct fight first. He hid somewhere safe and used the Batmobile to kill the enemies.
Some of the thugs managed to escape the bullets from the Batmobile and found Batman's location. They attacked Batman. But they were low in number and Batman was very skillful because of the recent combat upgrade. In a matter of seconds, all the thugs were grounded by him.
Those criminals were very clever, so they cut the GCPD's power supply. The building was in the dark. They had a backup generator but it was outside and no one could go outside in this situation but the Batman. He found a huge fan and he was sure this fan's tunnel would lead him to the outside or the other part of the building.
After Batman came out of the building, He was shocked. Scarecrow sent a huge army of drone tanks. He sent every type of drone he had to GCPD so that it could destroy the building. They were shooting continuously at the building. It was sure that this building won't keep them out for much longer so Batman needed to react first.
But first things first, Batman had to turn on the generator. When he reached there, he found the generator had already been destroyed.
Oracel told him that there is a backup generator at the entrance of the GCPD. Batman wasted no time, went to the entrance. There he found the generator but it was guarded by the military. Batman fought very hard. All the soldiers were down one by one. After that, Batman went near the generator but it looked old and out of power. But no worries, Batman had the remote electrical charger. He used that device to power up the generator and it worked. The GCPD was back on power. Now it was time to deal with the drones.

You are very smart for avoiding a direct gunfight at first. Using the Batmobile tactically before engaging the remaining militia showed how experienced you really are during attacks.

The reveal of the massive drone army outside the GCPD looked very dangerous. Tanks, Cobras, and flying drones all attacking at once made the threat much bigger than a normal militia assault, and restoring the generator felt like the first real step toward turning the battle around.
