The rainy season is almost here π, I hate that a lot,the change in weather did make us sick. Those who have immunity power then they did get sick quickly if the weather did change. I am sure there are many of us here who do know that type of person that be in your family or friends. How strong is your immunity power did you get sick quickly if the weather will change all of the sudden.
like you get wet in heavy rain will you get sick or you will stay the same? π
It was hot for a few weeks this week it was heavy rain for two days today the weather was pleasant. It's nice to be in the sun after two days of rainfall. The warmness in the body I can still feel it just kidding though (I am not a solar panel though π)
This is the time when a new virus/flu did catch so we should be careful about that. Most of my family members were infected by the flu, and a few of them were in the bed for a few days. I was lucky that did catch any flu. Many of my office friends were infected too but I was still safe and you can say lucky. π
Now most of them are ok and now I am infected π€£, that is due to my own recklessness. π
I was fine till yesterday, my neck was in pain from last night but I did add ghee to the fire π today at my workplace. what I did I are some yogurt (that was really tasty though). That was my recklessness and my sore throat. Now I am eating hot things to make it a bit good π I am sure most of us here do know what to do and what not to do but still I will share π
So things to be careful of:
- Drink boiled water if the weather does change (I drink boiled water the whole year π )
- Don't eat cold things if your immunity is not that strong.
- wear warm clothes if you feel cold.
- Dont take medicine from day one (some of us are used to taking medicines and have a good stock of medicines π)
- Take hot soup or tea.

it is good to know this my man, i also do get sick during the cold season but since like 4 years now, i have been able to bypass the sickness, i think the fact that i dont expose myself to the cold weather is what is saving me.. i will be promoting your post on listnerd for more views and engagement....
