Greetings to all! Through this publication it is a pleasure to announce that from today begins the tenth week with the initiative Human Culture N°10: Pedagogy. Undoubtedly, pedagogy is one of the most important areas of human knowledge, because through pedagogy we transmit and build knowledge to other people and to future generations.
We want to promote reflection, from a humanistic point of view, about how pedagogy affects and influences us throughout our lives. But before explaining in more detail this week. We would like to thank the participants of the previous week, in which we approached engineering from a humanistic point of view:

PEDAGOGY
We can affirm that pedagogy is one of those tools composed of various disciplines to seek to obtain a quality result, but what is the object of pedagogy? We could summarize it as: "Education". If you don't know what pedagogy is all about, click here for more information. Over the years we come across different teaching professionals in our different educational stages. We know how important teachers and professors are to build our own knowledge.
But like everything else, we can come across excellent professionals, as well as others who are not so dedicated to their profession. The truth is that, in one way or another, pedagogy has a direct influence on what we build with our learning throughout our lives. And that is precisely what we want to promote this week, that you tell us how pedagogy has influenced your life, how important you consider it, what reflection you can give us about pedagogy from your experience with it. In the case that you have dedicated yourself to teaching, you have strived to be a good professional.
How important is pedagogy for you?
Did you have good teachers?
Do you remember one in particular?
How do you think pedagogy influenced you?
Did you dedicate yourself to education, yes, how did you make that decision?
Do you think current pedagogy needs a change?
What do you propose for the construction of a new pedagogy?
As every week the initiative is totally free, you do not have to answer anything specific, what we have written above, in the form of questions, are proposed to be ideas that generate proposals or reflections on pedagogy and reflect on how our experience with pedagogy in our daily educational life has influenced our human spirit throughout our lives, in short, they are just ideas that help you to orient yourself and you can decide what to contribute to this initiative.
The rules for the initiative are the same for every week:
- Post with no less than 500 words per language.
- If you do it in video format with a minimum length of 3 minutes, use 3Speak.
- Be sure to use good spelling.
- Use the hashtags #humanitas and #humanculture.
- Comment on other entries.
- Invite at least one other person from the platform to participate in the initiative.
Remember:
We seek originality and creativity, therefore, under no circumstances will we admit plagiarism, we want to promote critical thinking and healthy debate, during the last weeks we have managed to demonstrate that as a community we can address issues that may be in principle controversial, or tend towards the controversial can be addressed with criteria and harmony, with discursive responsibility and above all empathy and respect, there is no need to polemicize the points of view, always with criteria and willingness of mind we can create deep and thoughtful dialogues collaborating in the construction of humanistic knowledge in this web3.

Iniciativa: Cultura Humana semana 10: Pedagogía
¡Saludos a todos! Mediante esta publicación es un placer anunciar que a partir de hoy comienza la décima semana con la iniciativa Cultura Humana N°10: Pedagogía. Sin duda alguna la pedagogía es de esas áreas del saber humano con más importancia, porque mediante la pedagogía transmitimos, construimos el conocimiento a otras personas y a las futuras generaciones.
Queremos promover la reflexión, desde el punto de vista humanístico, acerca de cómo la pedagogía nos afecta e influye a lo largo de nuestras vidas. Pero antes de explicar con más detalle esta semana. Queremos agradecer a los participantes de la semana anterior, en la cual abordamos la ingenieria desde el punto de vista humanístico:

PEDAGOGÍA
Podemos afirmar que la pedagogía es de esas herramientas compuestas por diversas disciplinas para buscar obtener un resultado de calidad, pero, ¿Cuál es el objeto de la pedagogía? Podríamos resumirlo como: “La educación”. Si no sabes de qué va la pedagogía, presiona aquí para más información. A lo largo de los años nos topamos con diferentes profesionales de la docencia en nuestras diferentes etapas educativas. Sabemos lo importante que son los maestros y profesores para construir un saber propio.
Pero como todo, nos podemos topar con excelentes profesionales, como toparnos con otros no tan dedicados a su oficio. Lo cierto es que, de una manera u otra, la pedagogía influye de manera directa sobre lo que vamos construyendo con nuestro aprendizaje a lo largo de nuestra vida. Y precisamente eso queremos promover en esta semana, que nos cuentes como ha influenciado la pedagogía en tu vida, qué tan importante la consideras, qué reflexión nos puedes brindar sobre la pedagogía desde tu experiencia con ella. En el caso de que te hayas dedicado a la docencia, te has esforzado por ser un buen profesional.

- ¿Qué propones para la construcción de una nueva pedagogía?
Como cada semana la iniciativa es totalmente libre, no tienes que responder nada en específico, lo que hemos escrito anteriormente, en forma de preguntas, proponen ser ideas generadoras de propuestas o reflexiones sobre la pedagogía y reflexionar cómo nuestra experiencia con la pedagogía en nuestra cotidianidad educativa ha influenciado nuestro espíritu humano a lo largo de nuestra vida, en resumen, no son más que ideas que te ayuden a orientarte y puedas decidir que aportar en esta iniciativa.
Las reglas para la iniciativa son las mismas para cada semana:
- Post con no menos de 500 palabras por idiomas.
- Si lo haces en formato de video que posea una duración mínima de 3 minutos, utiliza 3Speak.
- Asegúrate de utilizar buena ortografía.
- Utiliza las etiquetas #humanitas y #humanculture
- Comenta otras participaciones.
- Invita a participar en la iniciativa a al menos a otra persona de la plataforma.
Recuerda:
Buscamos originalidad y creatividad, por tanto, bajo ninguna circunstancia admitiremos plago, queremos promover el pensamiento crítico y el sano debate, durante las últimas semanas hemos logrado demostrar que como comunidad podemos abordar temáticas que pueden ser en principio polémico, o tender hacia lo polémico pueden ser abordadas con criterios y armonía, con responsabilidad discursiva y sobre todo empatía y respeto, no hay necesidad de polemizar los puntos de vista, siempre con criterio y disposición de ánimo podemos crear diálogos profundos y reflexivos colaborando en la construcción de conocimientos humanísticos en esta web3.
