Las siguientes imágenes fueron tomadas el viernes 4 de Noviembre de 2.022, en horas de la mañana; con la cámara de mi celular Samsung A10, con iluminación aceptable (casi a apunto de llover) en el Parque La Aparición de la Parroquia Quebrada de la Virgen, en Guanare Capital del Estado Portuguesa - Venezuela.
Un recorrido de recuerdos, con sabor a tantas cosas, de esas que se impregnan en el alma a medida que uno toma fotografías.

The following images were taken on Friday, November 4, 2022, in the morning hours; with the camera of my Samsung A10 cell phone, with acceptable lighting (almost about to rain) in the La Apparition Park of the Quebrada de la Virgen Parish, in Guanare Capital of the Portuguesa State - Venezuela.

Uno puede viajar desde Guanare hasta este sitio que queda a 19 kilómetros de distancia, por la Carretera principal de la Quebrada de Quebrada de la Virgen, antes de llegar al Santuario Nacional a la Virgen.
Uno lo primero que observa es la popular Redoma de la Virgen, a mano derecha de esta obra vial, se puede observar la entrada o fachada del parque.

One can travel from Guanare to this site that is 19 kilometers away, along the main highway of the Quebrada de Quebrada de la Virgen, before arriving at the National Sanctuary of the Virgin.
One the first thing one sees It is the popular Redoma de la Virgen, on the right hand side of this road work, you can see the entrance or façade of the park.

Cuenta la leyenda que en este parque, especificamente en la quebrada que atraviesa el mismo; apareció por primera vez la Virgen de Coromoto (Patrona de Venezuela) siendo un sitio de peregrinaje y visita de turistas y feligreses para ver el lugar aproximado de esta manifestación religiosa católica.
Legend has it that in this park, specifically in the ravine that crosses it; The Virgin of Coromoto (Patroness of Venezuela) appeared for the first time, being a site of pilgrimage and visits by tourists and parishioners to see the approximate place of this Catholic religious manifestation.
Respetando las posiciones religiosas, lo primero que puedo decir de la entrada del sitio es que uno se transporta a un lugar de tranquilidad y naturaleza, en donde se respira paz y quietud. Vaya que necesitamos oxigenar nuestro espíritu ante el estrés y el avatar de nuestras vidas diarias.

Respecting religious positions, the first thing I can say about the entrance to the site is that one is transported to a place of tranquility and nature, where peace and quiet can be breathed. Wow, we need to oxygenate our spirit in the face of stress and the avatar of our daily lives.

Este Parque fue construido en el año 1954, como un homenaje a la aparición de la virgen, por primera vez, al Cacique Coromoto (Tribu los Cospes) el 02 de febrero de 1.652...
Destaca por las caminerías, asientos de descanso, la quebrada y los monumentos de carácter religioso que permiten la pernocta y distracción en tiempo de ocio en contacto directo con lo natural.
Es realmente inefable lo que uno siente al ver todo este panorama, sacado de la máquina del tiempo y uno puede deducir que hace cientos o miles de año, este sitio era solo selva llanera y hoy, la acción depredadora del hombre ha hecho que pocos lugares tengan algo del verde que hemos marchitado... Uno se queda sin palabras al ver la enormidad de los majestuosos árboles que tienen muchos años, no sabemos cuántos, quizas hasta miles, a lo mejor, y por el tamaño que supone sus alturas que van más allá de los setenta metros de altura, a punto de tocar al cielo como una escalera interminable, vista desde abajo...

This Park was built in 1954, as a tribute to the appearance of the virgin, for the first time, to Cacique Coromoto (Los Cospes Tribe) on February 2, 1652...
It stands out for its walkways , resting places, the ravine and the religious monuments that allow spending the night and entertainment in leisure time in direct contact with nature.
It is truly ineffable what one feels when seeing all this panorama, taken from from the time machine and one can deduce that hundreds or thousands of years ago, this site was just plain jungle and today, the predatory action of man has meant that few places have some of the green that we have withered... One is left without words when seeing the enormity of the majestic trees that are many years old, we do not know how many, perhaps even thousands, at best, and due to the size of their heights that go beyond seventy meters in height, about to touch the sky like an endless staircase, seen from below...

Al caminar este sitio, llegamos a las aguas claras de la quebrada, dicen muchos que por haber aparecido la Virgen acá, las mismas son "benditas" por eso muchos llegan bajo la convicción de su fe a llenar frascos con este líquido y muchos aprovechan para bañarse y así sentirse no solamente bendecidos sino liberados de todos sus males... Dicen que hay muchos milagros por estas aguas y esa leyenda aún es algo permanente del lugar.
As we walk this site, we arrive at the clear waters of the ravine, many say that because the Virgin appeared here, they are "blessed" and that is why many arrive under the conviction of their faith to fill jars with this liquid and many take the opportunity to bathe and thus feel not only blessed but freed from all their ills... They say that there are many miracles in these waters and that legend is still something permanent in the place.
Solamente con observar la vegetación y el microclima de frescura y quietud del lugar, el visitante puede sentirte en conexión espiritual con sus creencias.
Hacía varios años que no visitaba este sitio, hoy acá revivo en mí al niño, al joven y ahora al adulto que disfruta de ver esta maravilla y escribir sobre ella a través de #hive.

Just by observing the vegetation and the microclimate of freshness and calm of the place, the visitor can feel a spiritual connection with their beliefs.
It had been several years since I visited this site, today here I revive the child, the young and now to the adult who enjoys seeing this wonder and writing about it via #hive.
