Hola muy buenas tardes tengan todos querida comunidad de Hive Venezuela, mi nombre es Wilfredo Soler, tengo 23 años y soy de la Ciudad de Barquisimeto, la capital musical de Venezuela, ademas también conocida por sus hermosos atardeceres, como todos le decimos la Ciudad Crepuscular.
Soy estudiante del 6to semestre de Ingeniera Eléctrica, de la prestigiosa casa de estudios "Unexpo" mejor conocida como Poli loco, sin embargo en Enero del año en curso tuve que congelar mis estudios por motivos personales, sin embargo pienso retomarlos pronto, en cuanto la cuarenta se acabe y todo vuelva a la normalidad.
Hello very good afternoon have all dear community of Hive Venezuela, my name is Wilfredo Soler, I am 23 years old and I am from the City of Barquisimeto, the musical capital of Venezuela, also known for its beautiful sunsets, as we all call the Twilight City.
I am a student of the 6th semester of Electrical Engineering, of the prestigious house of studies "Unexpo" better known as Poli loco, however in January of this year I had to freeze my studies for personal reasons, however I plan to resume them soon, as soon as the forty is over and everything returns to normal.
Me estoy uniendo a la iniciativa de @theycallmedan, para hablarles un poco de lo que me gusta de mi país, y que hago aquí, cosas sobre cultura, sitios turísticos, nuestra gastronomía, entre otras cosas.
I'm joining the initiative of @theycallmedan, to tell you a little about what I like about my country, and what I do here, things about culture, tourist sites, our gastronomy, among other things.

- Una de las cosas que mas me gusta, de mi país, son los sitios turísticos. Venezuela posee algunas de las playas mas hermosas del mundo, reservas y bosques naturales majestuosos, la caída de agua mas alta del mundo, formaciones rocosas que tienen miles de años y son parte de las mas antiguas de todo el planeta tierra, desiertos de arena muy extensos, y colonias extranjeras que hemos adoptado en nuestra tierra y son parte de nosotros, ríos importantes que atraviesan nuestro territorio nacional. Ademas también mencionare la flora y fauna, ya que forma parte del atractivo turístico de mis país.
One of the things I like most, from my country, are the tourist sites. Venezuela has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, reserves and majestic natural forests, the highest waterfall in the world, rock formations that are thousands of years old and are part of the oldest in the whole planet earth, very extensive sandy deserts, and foreign colonies that we have adopted in our land and are part of us, important rivers that cross our national territory. I will also mention the flora and fauna, since they are part of the tourist attraction of my country.

1- Archipiélago de los roques, es un conjunto de islas que se encuentran en el mar caribe, pertenecientes a Venezuela donde la capital de esta localidad se Llama gran roque. La verdad aun no he tenido la oportunidad de ir, pero siempre leo artículos sobre este sitio y veo sus fotografías y me parece majestuoso.
Los Roques es un archipiélago de Venezuela, situado en el Mar Caribe, a 168 Km al norte de La Guaira, el puerto de Caracas. Por su belleza e importancia ecológica, fue declarado parque nacional en 1972.

1- Los roques Archipelago, is a group of islands in the Caribbean Sea, belonging to Venezuela where the capital of this town is called gran roque. The truth is that I have not had the opportunity to go there yet, but I always read articles about this site and I see their photographs and I find it majestic.
Los Roques is an archipelago of Venezuela, located in the Caribbean Sea, 168 km north of La Guaira, the port of Caracas. Because of its beauty and ecological importance, it was declared a national park in 1972.

2- Parque Nacional Canaima.

Sin duda alguna este es mi lugar favorito, tampoco he tenido la oportunidad de ir, pero es algo que sueño con ansias. En bachillerato solíamos hablar sobre este parque, en la materia de Ciencias De La Tierra, así que te daré un pequeño resumen sobre lo que recuerdo.
El parque nacional Canaima esta ubicado en el Estado Bolivar, dentro de este mismo parque se encuentran la caída de agua mas alta del mundo conocida como Salto Ángel (Una de las 7 maravillas naturales del mundo,nominada en el 2009), o también llamado churun meru, desconozco por que se le conoce por este nombre, por que en lengua pemona tiene otro.
Without a doubt this is my favorite place, I haven't had the chance to go either, but it's something I'm looking forward to. In high school we used to talk about this park, in the subject of Earth Science, so I'll give you a little summary about what I remember.
Canaima National Park is located in Bolivar State, within this same park is the highest waterfall in the world known as Angel Falls (One of the 7 natural wonders of the world, nominated in 2009), or also called Churun Meru, I do not know why it is known by this name, because in Pemona language has another.
También se encenta el monte Roraima, una de las formaciones rocosas mas antiguas del planeta, en mis clases leí alguna vez, que antes de la separación de los continentes, Venezuela estaba bajo el agua, pero los tepuyes Venezolanos eran las únicas cimas que estaban por encima del nivel del agua, según mi profesora de Ciencias De La Tierra, estas formaciones son las mas antiguas de nuestro país.
Mount Roraima, one of the oldest rock formations on the planet, is also lit, in my classes I once read, that before the separation of the continents, Venezuela was under water, but the Venezuelan tepuis were the only peaks that were above water level, according to my Earth Science teacher, these formations are the oldest in our country.
3- Medanos de Coro, los medanos de coro son formación de dunas de arena ubicada en el estado Falcón,es un espectáculo maravilloso, como las dunas se van moldeando con el viento.

- Otra de las cosas que mas me gusta de mi país, es la arquitectura, tenemos obras arquitectónicas hermosas, dignas de admirar y de fotografiar, por ejemplo en Barquisimeto tenemos El Obelisco, El Monumento Manto de Maria, La Flor de Venezuela, y muchas mas.
Another thing I like most about my country, is the architecture, we have beautiful architectural works, worth admiring and photographing, for example in Barquisimeto we have The Obelisk, The Manto of Maria Monument, The Flower of Venezuela, and many more.

También en otros estados hay obras magnificas, como el Teatro Teresa Carreño en Caracas, Monumento a La Virgen De La Paz en Trujillo,Monumento al Tratado de Armisticio y Regularización de la Guerra en Santa Ana de Trujillo, y muchas mas.
Also in other states there are magnificent works, such as the Teresa Carreño Theater in Caracas, Monument to the Virgin of Peace in Trujillo, Monument to the Treaty of Armistice and Regularization of War in Santa Ana de Trujillo, and many more.
La comida
The food
La gastronomía Venezolana es muy extensa,debido a las diferentes regiones del país, hay diferentes platos típicos de cada lugar, por ejemplo en la región de los LLanos esta el picadillo llanero, en la región Andina la pizca andina, en la región centro-occidente se encuentran platos a base de carne de chivo. Todo puede variar según el sitio donde estés, ya que Venezuela es un país transcultural, hemos adoptado platillos proveniente de Italia, Alemania, Portugal, Arabia, China,que son algunos de los pueblos que mas hemos recibido.
Sin embargo algo que es muy común el cualquier parte del país, es la arepa, la chachapa, las empanadas, nuestro plato navideño y las hallacas ademas de otras cosas.
The Venezuelan gastronomy is very extensive, due to the different regions of the country, there are different typical plates of each place, for example in the region of the Llanos this the plain mince, in the Andean region the Andean pinch, in the center-western region are plates based on goat meat. Everything can vary according to the place where you are, since Venezuela is a transcultural country, we have adopted dishes from Italy, Germany, Portugal, Arabia, China, which are some of the peoples that we have received more.
However, something that is very common in any part of the country is the arepa, chachapa, empanadas, our Christmas dish and hallacas, among other things.
Yo personalmente amo la comida de mi país, es algo que me gusta tanto prepararla así como comerla, cuando estuve fuera de Venezuela, sentia mucha nostalgia por la comida, extrañaba los desayunos de empanada con malta, o una cachapa con queso de mano.
I personally love the food of my country, it is something I like to prepare as well as to eat, when I was outside Venezuela, I felt a lot of nostalgia for the food, I missed the breakfasts of empanada with malt, or a cachapa with hand cheese.
Un poco de postres,golosinas, frutas y comida que me encantan y he comido./A little bit of dessert, candy, fruit and food that I love and have eaten.
Que es lo que hacemos mi familia y yo en Venezuela.

En mi familia mi padre nos crió con espíritu aventurero, todos somos pescadores aficionados, hemos recorrido incontables ríos de Venezuela,también somos viajeros, nos gusta turistear por nuestro país,conociendo playas, pueblos, y lugares hermosos de nuestra tierra.
In my family my father raised us with an adventurous spirit, we are all amateur fishermen, we have traveled countless rivers of Venezuela, we are also travelers, we like to tour our country, knowing beaches, towns, and beautiful places of our land.
Nos gusta mucho ir al llano, donde tenemos amigos y familia, nada como visitar los llanos Venezolanos, ver a los jinetes arrear el ganado, y ordeñar las vacas al amanecer.
We love to go to the llano, where we have friends and family, nothing like visiting the Venezuelan plains, watching the riders herd the cattle, and milk the cows at dawn.
Hace tiempo atrás solíamos visitar algunos pueblos y campos, siempre estábamos viajando.
Some time ago we used to visit some villages and fields, we were always travelling.
Y bueno esto es algo de lo que puedo contarte sobre mi y mi país, espero te guste puedas leerlo, espero las personas extranjeras vean cuan hermosa es Venezuela, y ademas que puedan visitarla en un futuro.
And well this is something I can tell you about me and my country, I hope you like to read it, I hope foreigners see how beautiful Venezuela is, and also that they can visit it in the future.
