
Writing this post by 8:06pm. Feeling discouraged because there's no one to encourage you. Doubting your abilities without anyone to back you up. Feeling worthless and degraded because you feel undervalued by those around you. I've thought about this a lot, how we perceive ourselves, where we place ourselves and how we feel about ourselves.
Sometimes we feel discouraged when we lack supportive people around us, making it feel like the world is against us. But I want to ask, what triggers your discouragement ? Is it when expectations aren't met or when you face failure and feel like you can't start over? You feel like quitting because you lack someone to back you up.
When you feel like you've let yourself down, it's easy to feel worthless and lose sight of vision. Negativity can be overwhelming, making you question your value and doubting your ability to stand strong. You might start to see yourself as purposeless, doubting your capabilities and letting other's negativity affect you. It's a shift from confidence to self-doubt from ''I can do this'' to ''I don't think I can.'' Feeling disjointed and struggling to express yourself can be frustrating. When you try to make a point, others laugh or belittle you, making you feel like your words are falling on deaf ears. It's like they're waiting for you fail instead of seeing your potential. Maybe it's time to focus, why not just leave them and focus on yourself, your mental health and growth instead of seeking validation from others. When you prioritize your own development, you'll be less affected by other's opinions.
Stop seeking validation and instead focus on your best self. If those around you can't encourage you, stand up for yourself and remind yourself that you're capable. Ignore negative talk and surround yourself with positive energy. We often devalue ourselves by doubting our potential. Remember, If you let others disrespect you, you'll likely be disrespected. If you tolerate abuse, you'll likely be abused. And If you don't have plans and vision for your life, you might become part of someone else's.
I'm still writing at 8:49 pm, I'm reminded that some people care while others don't. Let's not hold onto the mindset that we're not good enough just because others have made us feel that way. Their words can be damaging, especially when they're laced with sarcasm and mockery. But we shouldn't let their negativity define us. Instead, let's focus on surrounding ourselves with people who add value to our lives and uplift us. Ignore the ones who bring you down, their opinions aren't worth your time.

When facing difficult times, remember that you have value and the capacity to grow. it's easy to compare yourself to others and feel like you need to rush, but life is about progress, not perfection. Take your time to understand and learn, you don't need to have the answers at once. Don't let others expectations pressure you instead learn from them and give yourself the chance to grow into your full potential.

Make good choices and discipline yourself gradually, small step can lead to significant results. You're getting closer, one step at a time. Keep moving forward, keep believing and quit doubting yourself.
