¡Hola amigos! Espero que hayan tenido una linda semana. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco sobre mi día. Aproveché que no trabajaba y salí con unos amigos a pasar el día. No había un plan específico, solo queríamos distraernos un poco y salir de la rutina.
Decidimos encontrarnos en el Bulevar del Río, uno de los sitios más turísticos de Cali, donde vivo actualmente. Por casualidad, nos dimos cuenta de que había una exhibición de carros antiguos y nos encantó. Caminamos un poco para observar cada uno de ellos. Entre mis favoritos estuvo el Volkswagen Kombi, que me gusta mucho. Además, estaba súper remodelado por dentro, supongo que sus dueños lo usan como carro viajero.
Además de los carros, le tomé fotos a las esculturas de gatos que se encuentran en cada punto del bulevar. Son bastante lindas y cada una tiene un nombre y una historia, como la gata Dulce y la gata Frágil. Hay aproximadamente 30 esculturas y se encuentran por toda la ciudad de Cali, lo que la hace única y especial.
Terminamos de recorrer y mirar la exhibición, y nos sentamos a tomarnos unas cervezas. Llegaron algunos amigos más y nos divertimos un rato conversando y hablando de todo un poco. Fue un día que no estaba planeado, pero la pasamos increíble. Además, tomé algunas fotos de recuerdo. Hello friends! I hope you had a nice week. Today I want to share with you a little bit about my day. I took advantage of the fact that I wasn't working and went out with some friends to spend the day. There was no specific plan, we just wanted to distract ourselves a bit and get out of the routine.
We decided to meet at Bulevar del Rio, one of the most touristic places in Cali, where I currently live. By chance, we noticed that there was an exhibition of antique cars and we loved it. We walked around a bit to look at each one of them. Among my favorites was the Volkswagen Kombi, which I really like. Besides, it was super remodeled inside, I guess its owners use it as a traveling car.
In addition to the cars, I took pictures of the cat sculptures that are located at every point along the boulevard. They are quite cute and each one has a name and a story, like the Dulce cat and the Fragile cat. There are approximately 30 sculptures and they are found all over the city of Cali, which makes it unique and special.
We finished touring and looking at the exhibit, and sat down for a few beers. A few more friends arrived and we had a great time chatting and talking about everything. It was a day that wasn't planned, but we had an amazing time. I also took some pictures as a souvenir.
