Todos los años mi entrenadora se reinventa y este año quiso hacer algo diferentes, así que nos dijo que el día de ayer fuéramos vestidos de navidad e hiciéramos un compartir.
¡Si ya comenzaron los compartir por todos lados!, así que espero me alcance dinero este diciembre, bueno como estamos en el gimnasio decidimos llevar frutas y hacer una ensalada de frutas, y de tomar jugo verde, pues este solo es un compartir y pronto vendrá la cena navideña.

Este compartir fue realizado por grupos, así que nuestro grupo le tocó cada una llevar una fruta diferente, para poder realizar la ensalada de frutas y además decidimos ir totalmente navideñas a ver nuestra clase.
Además de todo también llevamos cintillos, gorros, bufandas alusivas a la Navidad para lucir muy navideñas en las fotos, y algunas chicas llevaron también para la decoración.
This sharing was done by groups, so our group had to bring a different fruit each, so we could make the fruit salad and we decided to go totally Christmasy to see our class.

En la clase nos dieron aerobics, combat, y hasta bailoterapia, fueron tres instructores geniales, realmente nos divertimos mucho, una de las cosas por las que voy es la diversión con el grupo.
Después de realizar nuestros ejercicios vinieron las fotos con el grupo y nuestro agradable compartir, realmente entre todas pudimos hacer algo rico, bonito y muy agradable.
Nuestras ensaladas de frutas estaba deliciosa pues había una variedad de frutas, aunque algunas estaban ácidas como la mandarina y el durazno, pero las demás estaban bien dulces.
In the class we had aerobics, combat, and even dance therapy, there were three great instructors, we really had a lot of fun, one of the things I go for is the fun with the group.
After doing our exercises came the photos with the group and our nice sharing, really between all of us we were able to do something nice, beautiful and very pleasant.
Our fruit salads were delicious as there was a variety of fruits, although some were sour like tangerine and peach, but the others were very sweet.
Lo que más hicimos fue tomarnos fotos con todo y todas, fue un tiempo de relax, y aprovechamos de afianzar más los lazos de amistad.
