Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!
Seems like we are getting in the habit of not having time to post a Caturday post on actual Saturdays, ending up posting on Sunday morning instead. What's up with that? Busy life! Well... busy Hoomans.
Hey Hooman! Are you paying attention?
However, as I said in my previous post, there's never really a bad time for posting pictures of cats, and pretty much every day is Caturday around here in one way or another!
In all fairness to the Hoomans, they have been very busy as of late but I think they still need to remember that there is a cat, and he needs his blog taken care of!

It's mostly a quiet weekend around here, though. The Mom-Hooman has gone to Seattle to visit the Daughter-Hooman to do more stuff relating to the daughter humans upcoming wedding in November.
The dad human is at home catching up with office work and we're having a little bit of quality cat time too.

HiveFest, Eh?
Seems quite a few members of the community are busy attending HiveFest this weekend. Hard to believe this is the 7th edition... have we already been doing this for so long?
Well, I haven't personally, of course... this has been a five year journey, so far.
Still pretty awesome! I hope there's some fresh enthusiasm coming as a result of HiveFest, in the middle of so much crypto doom and gloom, otherwise.

Maybe we should have "CatFest," one of these years!
Meanwhile, Smudge is doing well and making sure that the world understands the true reality of the idea that "cats sleep a lot!"
Well... we'd best get this post sent out in the world before the Dad-Hooman has to leave again to pick up the Mom-Hooman at the ferry terminal.

Caturday Community by @saboin is a community where we get to celebrate posts relating to Saturday — aka "Caturday" — our own special day!
Cat Photos by @andrarchy is a "mixed use" cat content community; posts can be just photos or longer, as long as the subject is CATS! It has a lot of subscribers but is not very active.
Cats by @captainklaus (and Sissi!) is another "general" cat content community; it's there, but not very active.
Last, but certainly not least, a special shoutout to the Hive Pets Community which has become quite active and typically has quite a bit of cat content!
There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
